We do travel in style when we find good deals! I'll be honest, we did splurge on the Fiji resort though (all-inclusive in the Yasawa Islands) - not our typical, affordable airbnb or guesthouse. Fiji was such a great kick off to our next travel segment through Oceania.
Amazing business class for under 100 USD ! Business class is completly different from Economy Class isn' t it ? For me Emirates Business Class is the best from Paris/Dubai on Airbus A380 then Dubai/HoChiMinh City on 777-300ER. Amazing ! Spécially the Business Class Lounge in Dubai ! Thank you for your Vlog. If you guys don’t mind me asking how do you guys pay for all the traveling? I want to travel all around the world and just need some tips on how you guys do it.
Your calculation of value per mile is slightly flawed (similar to most online articles too). For the "Flight Price", you should use the amount of money you would have spent if you did not have this option and had to pay for the flight. You admitted that the Biz fare is something that you would not pay. Thus you would have likely flown economy and should have used that price. That is a more accurate indicator of VALUE since it is the ACTUAL amount of money you are saving vs if you had to pay for the flight, not compared to some amount you would have never paid. I guess as long as the economy price would have cost more than $1014, you still got a good deal. I do applaud you for doing the calculation. I think many people consider miles to be "free" (zero value) and will just say they got their biz seat for $0 or some low price, ignoring the cost/effort to earn the miles.

Stop the hate Silly, if you are a regular traveler you would know everyone says that...Just enjoy the video or go to another channel..There is enough hate in the world for you to add to it..They took their time to document their travels and put it out for us normal people to enjoy.
