Brother I don't know if you're already familiar with the m5x platform but you can make some dumb power. get an m50 or m52 cause they iron blocks, do a headgasket and head studs you can reliably make great power.

I really love what you said about having a build JDM car thats not suppose to have a turbo be more fun than a supercar. Just having a fun car that is reliable and will take you home safely. That's exactly how I feel about my boosted Celica. It's super reliable, fun as hell, looks amazing and always gets me home safe.

Big respect. Wallet equals win in some racing disciplines. But some abilities cannot be bought. I just build my stuff to my liking and have a blast. Building for status and validation seems super crazy. Those things meant something to me years ago, but it's nice to break those chains, too, and have a good time. Great video man 🤘🏼

Spit absolute facts. I got a m340 mainly because of you but I also bought it because I genuinely like the car. It’s fast and has good looks. Everyone that has these tries to max it out and do crazy e tunes but for me I turned mine down to a stock map and it’s way more fun and I don’t have to be worried about my trans or turbo going.
This is why I love watching freshhkicks content, because he's a humble guy that knows what he's talking about. Who isn't selfish like these other car guys who act like it's the end of the world when they hear a small squeak on there car. It's just the world we live in today.

Facts. Having a boosted VQ & now having a tuned VR. It just doesn’t hit the same. Yeah the Q is fast, but the boosted G was more fun. Loved that thing. I wasn’t lucky enough to turbo it, it was just supercharged & was still more of an experience than the Q. The VR was always built to be boosted

Speaking facts! My 310whp BRZ is the most fun thing I’ve ever driven! Can take it to the limit and it lives, still gets gapped by just about anything but the sounds it makes and being able to haul ass on back roads makes it a dream!

Just stumbled upon your channel, and I do agree with what you're saying about people wanting the fastest cars and whatnot! Currently 24, and my dream car is an Evo X. But if I ever owned one (maybe one day!) I'd really just only wanna keep it stock as I'm not really into making performance gains or anything, I just like the car and I'd love to drive one, ya know? After seeing your 350Z with that bodykit though, I must admit it does look quite nice and that may be a second option for me if getting an Evo X just becomes too unrealistic with how expensive they are these days..

Hey kicks, try using a battery tender on your cars when you’re not using them for a while. Battery stays fresh and charged and ready to go. Also extends life of the battery. 👌

Haha I can totally relate. I’ve been modding cars since 2002. Now I’m in my 40’s, and I still love modding but I’d rather keep a car down on potential power a bit and reliable. I think it’s that we get to a point where we are tired of fixing things on our vehicles because of what mods we’ve done to them. Now we just want to enjoy our vehicles. I can care less if there’s someone faster. As long as my car is still fast, but also reliable, that’s all I want.

Honestly surprised you haven't slapped a sub in the 15 yet since you got the double din, but that turbo spool with the headers you'd listen to that all day lol
I learned this the semi-hard way, everybody clowned on my G35 even though I didn't race it so I got an LS3 Camaro and right away started modding it. I had never ever tuned a car before in my life so it was all new to me. I did full exhaust, full intake, e85, z28 clutch, some weight reduction and it was an amazing car! I was clowning on 392s, N/A Z's, >2014 5.0s, and even A8 LT1 Camaros. And yeah I broke axles and driveshafts (emphasis on more than 1 driveshaft lol) but it was all fun and games until the A10 5.0s and b58's came in. To get gapped by a completely stock M340i with just a tune was EYE OPENING to me. I did my research, figured I had to put an aggressive cam, a tire and a built trans or go with an LSA blower, and so ... I retired the car. Went back to stock, took out my race seat and left it in my parents driveway. Now they enjoy it on the weekends and I'm just on the look for a G37. Going back to my roots, knowing that I would never ever ever be the fastest, I decided to not even compete. I had my fun, I got recognized a little in my small town as the "FBO RS" or "the V6 Camaro" (I left it completely stock cosmetically and put RS badges on it lol) but I realized the racing wasn't even for me. I like looking at cars not getting into drama over racing them. I love VQ's and yes it's gonna hurt me to put a full exhaust and full intake just to only make an extra 10 wheel but oh well 😂 you live and you learn.
