Battery disconnect/ECM disconnect for 10 min="Global reset" in the automotive world. I'm also a recovering auto tech now working in Powersports. That's the only thing I don't like about the fuel in-junk-tion stuff....start tinkering and the ECU screams "OH MY GOD!" Love how Yoshimura is made in the USA! Good job, Yosh. It's looking and sounding good! Looking fwd to more.

I have the same machine with the same parts, i just had cuervoatv send me a tune for 75 dollars that i loaded on to the pc6, no check engine light and the thing runs amazing

I'd Go with a Vortex ECU controller from Duncan Racing, Thats what i run and havent had any problems with it...

Same issue with finding a tuner for my 2023. HMF just came out with their fuel optimizer for the '23 so I have one on the way.

The big gun/hmf tuner is probably the best ez tuner out there and it doesn't throw codes

I know this was a few months ago... Some things on the ECU changed and thats whats probaby throwing the check engine light. My 23 still is waiting on mapping to get retunned. I dont know if any controllers have the maps right yet.

i tried both the FC and PC6 on 2023, both throw a check engine light, additionally, after connecting the ignition wires from the PC6, the bike doesn't run
If vortex makes a tuner for it get that instead of the dyno jet
I have raptor r 2023 dyno jet power comander 5 monter exhaust and fuel intake is working perfect. monter exhaust company install the custom tune

PC 5 and reach out to Cuervo atv all he does is Raptors and will have a tune for your mods. Get the ais delete from him, oil drain reducer before it strips out, and a early on fan kit.
I have a 16 with pc5 and yoshimura pipe. Don’t have the FCI yet and widen the rear with spacers and +2 a arms to keep it from being top heavy and rolling.
Have to take the silencer out of the muffler takes the beauty of the sound away👌🏻

Hmf controller doesn’t work with the 23 model, I had to return mine and get the pc6
PC 5 and get it from a company that pre loads tunes with a similar kit and hp gain claim.

Some WD-40 isn’t a lubricator it’s more of a cleaner
Its also a water displacer which is good for keeping water out/off of things you dont want water in.

Not sure if you have found a solution yet. If not give Illinois Power Sports a call. Speak with a guy named Jay. He might be able to point you in the right direction. Maybe even be able to flash a tune onto your ECU. Cant say for sure but worth a shot.
