I've always had a problem with using printed plaid and striped fabrics in projects, because, so often they're printed off grain. And then, I began using yarn-dyed plaids and stripes. It's completely solved that problem.
I didn't realize that I needed this in my life. But watching your video made my crafty eyes drool. This is beautiful!😍

Erica, just made this quilt and the pillowcases. I made it with red snow flake pattern fabric and then I backed it with minky fabric. I know its the end of August, but its on my bed right now! Can't wait to crawl under this awesome quilt.

Lovely quilt! My girls all love different colors; 7 year old loves blue, youngest hasn't stated a color preference yet she's only 15 mos old, oldest likes green & the next one loves purple. I might get each of my girls a gingham quilt made by Christmas next year (2022)

Hi Erica, Thank you so much for sharing your quilt with us! I love Gingham it is a favorite of mine! I downloaded the pattern from your website, and I am in the process of starting it. I went by the amount of fabric needed from the pattern for a king size. That is awesome. It makes it so easy! I wanted to let you know there is a slight typo in the measurements for the white in the king size. The pattern stated to cut 20 5 1/2 straps wof with 2 and 1/2 yards of fabric. However, I could only get 16 strips. I believe that I will need another yard if I do my Math right. I wanted to let you know so that you could make a note of it. Again I aprieciaye you and all you do! ❤️ Love all your videos!!
That was great, I love this quilt, I wanted to make something like this for awhile now. I was thinking in grunge. I have to say the Christmas idea was great. It is so neutral that you don’t have to rush it away after Christmas. Thank you

Wow! I wish I would have seen this video a couple months ago 🥴. I made a blue, gray and white one for new baby grandson on the way. It turned out good, but it sure would have been a lot faster and easier your way, than me sewing each square together one by one.
