What I've noticed is they took bits and pieces from their original routines and incorporated them into their routines for WOD. Especially with Pocket. Like the slow mo flares and the windmills while taking the shirt off. They also did a one man variation of the move when Pocket windmills down the others bodies into the the move I previously mentioned.
