This is track from the Psychometrer Eiji sountrack. This track has recently been heard in remixed form in some of Soichi Terada's 2016 live sets! The soundtrack as a whole is excellent and I suggest you buy it!

Great mix that one! I wish Terada would do more mixes with some of his other obscure tracks or game soundtracks. They’re always a blast to hear in mixed.

Ah yes, looking at this now, it's very clear Terada loved the Roland JV-1080.
Hey do you know how much of his music is copying samples/synthesizers demos and how much is his original creation?
@@sarabina4348 well he’s mainly using these synths and modifying them, which is still very creative. Ultimately he’s coming up with the chord progressions and basslines. Terada does use some samples, especially with drums. But I’d say most of his stuff is original.
we all love the JV1080 (I do not own one anymore, but I have a Jv1010 in my rack which has all the sounds from the JV1080 + JV2080)

Ayyy, alpha! Yep, so good. He once played this for a Mixmag DJ set, which makes me want to hear some of his AE & Fantavision tunes live. I've seen him live 5 times and it's usually the same set mixed in with some rare gems or mixes (like the time in Kyoto he remixed stuff from Pasocom Music Company who were playing after him).
A new Terada live set with some of these tracks would be so good.
@@CrystalFissure i guess he's comfortable with the set he does?! do you think he still has access to the samples/equipment he used to make those tunes? maybe theres licensing issues as well. awesome you've saw him live so many times.
