It‘s still doable, I just did it first try solo.
I have said it in the Guide, but I might say it again here: Before going on the ship, kill enough enemies to activate her ability. Thus killing off all remaining enemies on the ground and giving you enough time to clear the ship.
If you are struggleing, hang in there!
If the Paraxis is almost dead (about 20%) and Eonars attack is almost ready just kill some more enemies instead of doing the ship a second time.
It DEFINETLY still works!

I dont even know what happened but It took me 10 goes to get it, every attempt was the same, RNG was not my friend. Thanks
This does not seem doable in 2024.
I'm trying it on a Windwalker with insane mobility.
I'm getting to every spawn ASAP.
I'm clearing the crystals and zipping across the room.
I'm AoEing mobs down whenever possible.
I'm still constantly failing it. I can't imagine how to shave more than 5-10 seconds off my time, and I'm not sure that would make the difference.
Edit: It came down to RNG with the knock-up effect. The 5-10 seconds it can cost you literally does make the difference. I don't know how any class without hypermobility could possibly beat this fight, though. I was using two Chi Torpedo charges, Flying Dragon Kick, and Tiger's Lust on cooldown the entire time and if I didn't have a single one of them, I wouldn't have been fast enough.
She wipes everything and I'm using a monk with max mobility even using trans and getting out fast as hell, yet when i leave the ship she has a massive pool of enemies slapping her and dies before I land
This boss is the most cancer thing to solo ever

The issue for me is that she spawns more mobs after i jump inside the ship so she always dies even if i get the crystals on time.
Of course it is somewhat timed, but if you kill enough to activate Eonars Spell before going on the Ship you can definetly do it :)
@@GarroshTV I'm having this same issue. Eonar dies before I make it back down from the ship; I dont even get a chance to use the jump ability half the time before she is overwhelmed by adds

I enter the portal the moment she emotes her full-clear ability, and do not have time to get back to the surface, even after one-shotting the boss on the ship and clearing the crystals as fast as I can, before she's down. I suspect a party of two could do it no problem (one in the ship, the other with decent AoE on the surface.
I’m having the same issue, killing everything in 1-2 hits but once I go to the ship, she dies as I touch the fourth crystal
Yeah. 5 failures in a row because she's dying before I exit the ship. Even with extensive use of the jump mechanic at cooldown. Oh well...I'll go harvest some herbs instead.

Can Mythic BFA raids be soloed with decent (430+) ilvl in the current state of the game?
I haven‘t really tried yet but I was thinking about checking it out!
It might be dificult on mythic mode, but Normal/HC i could definetly see it!
I play legacy content solo most of the time. If your into stuff like that I would be great if you did solo guides for the different glory of the raid/dungon achievements. (Basicly mount guides 😄).
Actually I made some Glory Solo Guides, the problem is many of the „newer“ Glory Achievements are not soloable, which is kinda sad 😅

@@ololadin91 the problem is that a few achievments require something, you can only do with multiple players, I was working on a Glory of the Hellfire Raider Video last week until I realized you need 2 players for Gorefiend Achievment

Just did this on Mythic. It took a few tries but I paid super close attention to the vid and it worked out. Gotta be quick AF with everything you gotta do.
This strategy may not work in my server Azralon. Are we persecuted? I copy every step but inside, no matter how fast I go, she dies when I've just destroyed the last crystal.
Thats weird. Do you enter the Portal directly when it just spawned?
You don‘t have infinite time on the Ship to destroy the crystals, so my guesses are that either it‘s bugged or you are taking too long

Any changes since you ,made the video? I keep dying when I'm destroying the crystals... She gets recked in 5 seconds even if I clear a bit before her power, any input?
Usually nothing changed
However you don‘t have endless time to destroy the crystals, overwise Eonar gets oneshotted

@bigdaddyproduction7266 you need to wait a bit to be sure she clean the wav, then hurry in the crystal chamber. You'll basically have a wave coming shortly after you started the crystals. If you manage the chambers fast enough then it's easy. Took me few try but now it's a one shot. I also took the quest to skip,I don't need the first bosses anymore & it shorten the clean by around 15 min

hey, just came back to this video to say that after a second week of doing this boss I finally figured out through this video as to why this was so hard. I didn't know that the portals opening to the ship and the bar you fill were different things so I would fill the bar and then go through the portal while enemies were still around, and they would kill her while I'm on the ship trying to rush before she dies. I now know how to time it right and she easily survived with 90-95% of health left.

can still be done just make sure to kill enough stuff for snap before going into the ship the first time
just can't seem to get it done on my dk. Once i get to the ship i can only do two crystals before she dies, mobs seem to be doing way too much damage to her now
Mobs definetly are dealing a lot of damage, thats why you need to kill enough for eonar to cast her ability first, thus wiping out all the current mobs and giving you enough time to do all the crystals :)
Just worked on my 415 Havoc DH, gotta make sure to kill enough enemies to activate her ability before going to the ship for the first time. After that, should be smooth sailing but it might not have been if I didn't have a way to consistently stop fall damage. I really hate the extra ability in this encounter, it's very wonky. was this boss buffed 'cause i remember needing to go inside the big ship only once, then kill some trash in the lower platform & then the fight would be over
I am not too sure about this, can actually be the case
I've been soloing this boss since 9.0.5, and recently obtained my Shackled Urzle*. This boss is a pain in the ass at first, but once you get it down, it's easy.
I get knocked up in the air every time I try to do the crystals and then I die, how do you avoid this, every time you get the red ring you cut the video, what did you do?
Try to keep your extra ability for when you get knocked up.
After getting knocked up you can use it to simply glide away :)

I don't know how you're doing it. I did exactly the same but the boss takes way too much damage from trash mobs.
I did first big mob, jumped to the upper platform and killed that other big mob, then jumped to Eonar and took the portal, and by the time I come out of the portal she's almost dead and then a mob sneezes on her and it's done.
After killing the second big mob on the upper platform make sure to kill enough mobs to activate Eonars ability.
This way you wipe out all the Mobs and have enough time to take out the crystals on the ship
Its working but you need to trigger eonars cast before going to ship. Hard to time. Did it on priest with much mobility.
LETS GO! I was able to do it due to this thank you now I can farm a mog I have wanted for awhile on my warrior!

Still works. Last night I had spent a good 2 hours dying as id get smoked around the time for the second crystal phase, and no matter what i did (stay/go) i'd just drop dead or run out of time having to chose between defending or disarming... I just couldn't get passed it/move quick enough.
Was thinking the timing had changed, but figured i'd give it a fresh try first time on today and first shot I got it. I did nothing different and it was close, and I did need to board the ship a second time, but finally got through it solo. Once I saw the flying mobs I knew I had it in the bag. Overall, what a pain...

Still easly doable guys.. Great guide. Just to make sure, that her green bar is on 100% before you enter to ship. Didint even get to second enter to ship and she died.
im trying but after i go in the praxis first time there is no way to get out before she is dead so either its bugged or its not doable anymore im 425 ret pally
It‘s neither bugged nor doable.
Make sure that you activate her Ability before going into the Ship.
Her Ability kills all the Enemies down there and that gives you enough time to clear the ship and go back down

Just wanted to stop by and confirm that this still works in 2024. Its tight abnd you have to get intto the rhythm of it but I managed it after about 10 wipes solo - fury warrior :)

Your guide was it. However I had to repeat the process twice. Second round was sketchy. For anyone dying when youre deactivating the stones, make sure you dont just jump in as soon as the flowers pop. You need to kill enough monsters so she sets off her bomb. Then go in portal.
This is doable on Warrior, tho i started to believe it wasnt. It probably took me 20 deaths to realize how to do this correctly, even with this and other guides. There is still also RNG involved as to whether your jump gets interupted. I think it should be emphasized to do the jumps needed to get to the third giant as quickly as possible, minimizing time in the air. Better to do a few smaller jumps than try to jump as far as possible.. but you cut most of what you did out of the video. Would have been nice to see it from start to end with no editing.
With new max ilvl are shadowlands raids soloable?
Perhaps on Normal or Heroic but definetly not on mythic yet

Do you activate her ability before going on the Ship?
That its pretty much the most important part.

DKs definetly are a slow class but with you new Jump Ability you should still be able to do this.
Just make sure to activate Eonars Ability by killing enough enemies before going on the Ship and you should be fine!

God this fight is annoying.
I was bored and after unlocking the Man'ari option for Draenei I decided to do a myth Antorus walk. I almost wanted to give up but after the 5th or 6th try I finally made it. Got yeeted after porting to the ship a 2nd time tho.
why do crystals disappear sometimes?

100% guaranteed win every time: when the 3rd set of waves spawn in (felhounds in the NE corner of the room) kill just exactly ONE dog and then go into the portals

On what exactly do you die?
On Eonar dying or on the Spell of the ship?

I dont understand what im doing wrong. Die every time in the crystal room. As warlock, dont know what to do differently. All adds are dead before I go in. Cant get to crystals fast enough.
While in the Crystal room make use of your new ability as often as possible. If you use it correctly you can get over to the crystals very fast.
What the guide fails to mention is that if you arent playing a class with instant movement, ie blinks, charges, etc the paraxis/crystal phase is very difficult
@@Booth- it really is not difficult with any class.
Every class has at least one movement spell or Talent and there is no shame in using different talents for this fight.
I completed this fight solo with a Deathknight easily.
Just make use of your bonus ability and you really should have no problems.

Honestly I didn't use the ability in the crystal room, since I figured it wouldn't really save much time in there. 2 gcd and aiming the reticle seemed like it wouldn't save any time over burning rush and speed gear and speed phial, I guess I was wrong. Will have to try again.
I just can't deactivate all 4 crystal fast enough with my warrior. i could do it with monk and shaman because they run fast, but not the warrior. by the time i deactivate all 4, the fricking boss dies
Use your heroic leap and the new ability, it‘s easily doable :)

Then you might do it wrong.
Either you take too much time up there so the Spell of the ship goes through, or you don‘t activate Eonars Ability before going up, causing Enemies to attack and kill eonar
How more need item level in solo that raid?
I was able to do it with around 400 ilvl :)
I keep getting shot up in the sky and can’t use the glide ability. It kills my timing and I die everytime. I came close tho
Are you getting shot into the sky due to one of the debuffs of the crystals in the ship?
Because yea, that can be pretty annoying!
Before you get shot up by this you get a timer in the form of a debuff. Use your ability after it runs off and you can use it to navigate as usual :)
When i get shot im almost every time able to glide again. Maybe it´s the timing tho.

If you jump up by yourself and then. Get knocked up by the debuff before you use the other ability the other ability still gets on cooldown and lets you just float in the air for a few seconds. That definetly could kill the attempt!
Feels bugged on my warrior. No matter how fast I move in the ship, she goes from mostly full hp to just dead. Also just did this on my DK where I never once touched the ship portal, and cleared mobs til we won. Both mythic on the same server, so I have literal no clue wtf is going on.

On your warrior make sure to kill enough mobs to activate her ability before going on the ship. That should give you enough time.
@@GarroshTV Totally honest, I didn't even look up the fight til I died on the warrior. I am extremely confused as to how the DK managed it. Even saving Heroic Leap for the ship, I'm still exploding. It just gets the cast off every single time. =/

Are you using your new ability to move around quicker?
@@GarroshTV Just the Leap/sprint. Seems like the stragglers for triggering her clean up ability are just a *bit* too far out when the laser starts charging. I get the choice of killing a few adds to trigger her or get the laser. I'm thinking maybe I'm killing the big guys too quick, so things don't have enough time to run at her.

I just wanted to give an update; you only need to do one portal now.
as a warlock, even with such a comprehensive guide, this is pure agony. I dont have the mobility to make it to half the mobs before they spawn so they get one or two hits in before I can do anything, this leading to them chipping her down
You definetly have to use your new ability any the mobility will be more than enough
Make sure to kill enough emenies to activate her ability before going on the Ship aswell, that gives you enough time to clear the crystals

Doesnt work always. I nearly done it perfect in the first ship round and was flying to the bigf mob in the corner but she died even before the mob spawned.
You have to make sure that she uses her ability before going in the ship
I just dont get it. I do exactly as you show and I kill enemies as quickly etc but I still end up getting insta killed every time.
Before going into the ship make sure that Eonar gets her bar filled up for her special ability.
It wipes out everything and gives you enough time to do the Ship.
@@GarroshTV Thanks, I did. I managed to win the fight after a while when I didn't really do anything different from what I had been doing before (doing as you showed in your video). I guess I was just always a second or so too slow in the previous attempts.

This was cancer took me like 3 try's but it worked
Theres no way. Following it to the letter, and I get only 3 crystals and I'm dead. Tried it with Pally, Mage, Druid, Lock, Warrior. Cannot defeat her on Mythic.
Try using your new ability inside the ship, giving you a bit more time.
Also make sure to kill enough enemies to activate Eonars big blast before going on the ship

im just not fast enough, I think what class you are playing are important because shaman cant
As long as you have some AOE (and shaman has plenty) it‘s definetly doable.
Try making more use of your special ability to come around faster
@@GarroshTV I did and with how enhancement is build my abilities have such a long cool down and I can’t kill them fast enough my chain lighting doesn’t have time to light up as an instant cast
Also even with ghost wolf it’s still not fast enough.

This is not possible with destro warlock it takes too long to kill anything and I have literally zero aoe attacks

You still have to be somewhat fast.
Make sure that Eonar uses her Ability before you enter the Ship aswell!
No matter what I do, i wipe inside and can't even get all 4 crystals.
Yeah the Boss is not easy.
Make sure to activate her ability before going inside the ship, that clears the entire map of enemies and should give you enough time to clear all crystals and go back outside.
on my playthrough she died after i enter the first ship
