This was a great match to watch. Really enjoyed it. I notice myself enjoying these street beef fights a lot. It's much friendlier and lighter than KOTS for example. That's just too dark for me. Props to both fighters on this one. Well done both of you.

@Sun_Of_Lucifer Fighting on concrete is just idiotic though, has nothing to do with being a warrior or something like that. I'd agree with you if they just changed that one thing, KOTS can keep their rules (or lack thereof) and their image, just change that one fucking otherwise irrelevant aspect of their fights.
@Sun_Of_Lucifer Fighting on concrete adds nothing though. I mean a much higher chance of severe injury not inflicted by your opponent I guess. It is idiotic by definition, my opinion on it doesn't really matter. They gain nothing by having those fights on concrete. Fighting in something like KOTS takes courage, heart, and a lack of fear already. Fighting on concrete takes stupidity more so than any of those other
attributes. Being a warrior has nothing to do with recklessly doing something the most dangerous way for no reason. Whether you like KOTS or not, the fact that they are fighting on concrete is idiotic and nothing else.
@Sun_Of_Lucifer I mean I watch MMA and random fight videos on the internet. I don't mind violence myself. Seen enough heads bounce of the concrete too. Makes sense when people just happen to get in a fight, of course they're not gonna stop and move to a better spot or something. But if you agree to fight, plan and prepare for said fight, then I just don't see why you'd do that. Maybe they just don't care? Sure. But in that case that has nothing to do with "being a warrior" imo.

I didn't realize how important grappling is until I started training Jiu Jitsu. It's so effective.
Absolutely agree with the GOAT, grappling is always a winner in a MMA fight.
The only situation I do not recommend to get even close to grapple with someone is in a street fight. You always want to stay as far as possible from everyone. You never know how many people are with the person you’re fighting and you never know if they’ve got any weapon.

Great match! Both men gave it their all. If you like seeing more grapplers, Wok Lobster vs No Love SBWC16 from the Streetbeefs Westcoast branch was a good match. A grappler/Muay Thai practitioner vs a heavy striker in an MMA bout.

I think dragonborn liked his chances better on the feet and didn't want to grapple if he could help it. He was tough on the ground but didn't seem to have the training to capitalize ot defend submissions

If you're in a street fight, the last thing you want to do is be on the ground. If youre on the ground you can't defend yourself from more than one person. And wouldn't you know it, a street fight is never just you fighting one person. His homeboy will always jump for a head kick if you're lying on the floor with his friend in an armbar.

Grappling may be king of a 1 on 1 street fight, but it is rarely 1 on 1. Especially in the last 30 years. Fewer and fewer men that will settle a beef 1 on 1. They always have other punks around them. If you grapple you should learn to brawl with that.
El Mapche needs to hit the gym and get a little bit stronger. I've seen them into fights now and his Jiu-Jitsu is pretty good but he doesn't have the strength to lock in the holds and keep them. In both fights I saw guys kept getting out of his holds or physically just pushing him off. He would be hard to beat if he was a little bit stronger.😊

Mapche would be a scary person to go up against especially if he already has experience at an amateur level. The Dragonborn is tough as hell. With the right striking/wrestling coach.
