- The museum village of Historic Richmond Town displays three centuries of life on Staten Island. The buildings are a walk through time ... offering a look at how ordinary people lived and worked from Colonial times through the early 20th century.
Richmond Town is decorated beautifully for the holidays. But there are regular tours and special programs all year round. Watch our video, then plan your visit.

I live in Richmond town
This looks like Virginia. I would never guess that this would be in NYC if you didn’t tell me
wrong the oldest building in staten island is Billiou-Stillwell-Perine House (built in 1661) and my ancestor build it hint the modernized name billiou=bilyeu
We only mention that the Voorlezer's House is the oldest "on the site" of Historic Richmondtown village, not in all of Staten Island. But thanks, we love the Billiou-Stillwell-Perine House that is located about 3 miles away from the historic village.
@@NYLandmarks ohhhh ok 👌
