I remember once on one of Raysfire’s videos, he encountered a level with a dev vine that you could not clear the stage without. someone had commented it’s location and the level maker replied, “Bruh, do you NEED to say that?”

that level was atrocious becuase you had to work really hard on the up-down directions while the wind fought to push you in the left-right directions...
p-balloon gives you completely control off the up-down by nullifying gravity.
no doubt, you could make something horrible, but it doesn't seem like a worse starting point to me.
