Removing all that sand has turned what was a CREEK into a small river that is now creating flooded areas and a lot of soil erosion around it that will continue IF prodessionals don't address the problem right now. Will be NO fun watching mud houses disolved from frequent flooding and the foundations if newer houses damaged in othet ways. 😢
