My opinion is that despite having some difficulties in this situation, the Tibetan Muslim Association should rely on their own resources. Those who are financially in good position in that Community should help needed Muslim brothers. I believe., this is the responsibility of members of community to help each other financially as well as morally. . Do not make a habit to look towards Dharamshala when you are in difficulty..I feel very uncomfortable , when I see situation like this. Please do not mind , it is my sincere feeling towards our Tibetan Muslim Community.

    A true Muslim believes that
    • Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is closer and dearer to believers than their own lives.
    • A believer must seek the pleasure (REDHA) of both Allah and His messenger, Muhammad (peace be upon him).
    • Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is spiritually alive in his grave (QABR-E-ANWAR). He listens and responds to the salutations and Darood Sharif that the Ummatee (followers) recite on him.
    • Allah keeps Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) informed about the conditions and situations of every Ummatee (follower). That is why he (peace be upon him) will be able to witness (SHAHEED) about the conditions of people on the judgement day in front of Allah.
    • Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the leader of all prophets and messengers of Allah.
    • Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) will intercede (SHAFA’AT) for the sinners on the judgement day and his SHAFA’AT (intercession) will be accepted by Allah.
    • Allah gave Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) the knowledge of unseen (GHAIB). He has the knowledge of past, present and future.
    • All the companions of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) are the most honourable people among the Ummah of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
    • The household (Ahle Bait) and the progeny of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) are the most honourable leaders of the Ummah of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
    • The wives of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) are the mothers for all believers and must be respected and honoured.
    • Calling Ya Rasool-ullah (peace be upon him) is permissible in Islam and a tradition of Salaf Saleheen.
    • The Aulia Allah (the very righteous saints) are very honourable people. They are inspired by Allah and they are spiritually alive in their graves.
    • Organising the birthday celebrations of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and gatherings of Meelad Sharif are very noble and Islamic deeds.
    • Standing up during SALAAM (salutation) on Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is an honourable action and shows love and respect towards Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
    • Visiting the graves and shrines of Prophets of Allah and Aulia Allah (Sufis) is permissible deed in Islam and highly desirable tradition of Muslims.
    • Organising programs on the birthdays and death anniversaries (Urs) of Aulia Allah (Sufis) is permissible in Islam. “Giyarween sharif” of Sayyidna Abdul Qadir Jilani (May Allah’s blessings upon him) is permissible in Islam.
    • Serving humanity is a part of EBADAH (worship) of Allah and the tradition of Sufis.
    • Fanaticism, extremism and forceful conversion is an un-Islamic practice and is condemned by Islam.

Understandably you don’t want to dilute your own unique Islamic culture and religion with majority Buddhist Tibetans. However this has proven necessary for your own growth as a unique community. You must give something to gain something!
Currently all TCV schools are lacking students body since China banned I Nadia trips to Tibetans in Tibet. I don’t think Tibetan Representatives in Dharamshala will deny scholarships and boarding to your offsprings. They will be educated to standard any other TCV graduates. You may want to reconsider your position again for the future growth of your own children. For instance, plethora of Tibetan kids were separated from parents in Tibet to study in schools in India. But as you mention, it will influence their religious beliefs and speech. But you move close to schools and fashion day schooling in TCVs…. So greater half of the afternoon you can still spend time with them.
In America for instance, many parents will move multiple dwellings over the years of kids schooling to find better school for their kids. Self segregation has its benefits and losses. Your benefits are it will keep your unique cultural and religious practices and speech intact, however the adverse effect is your children will not thrive to compete at higher standard learning!
An another strategy is to send them at regular Indian Islamic Masjid and schools near you, but then there is inevitable cost brackets that you will have to fill. I certainly hope you and your entire Islamic Tibetan community will find solutions in your favor somehow…. Snd another thing is you must have a representative in Dhasa Parliament to make regular reports, requests and updates! May you find your bliss somewhere, somehow! 🙏💖🙏

The hard question is Do Tibetan muslim contribute anything towards the Freedom of Tibet? Struggle for Tibetan independence or autonomy? ? Do they ever participate in Upraising to seek justice for Tibetan people in Tibet??
Do they ever attended 10th March upraising day against Chinese communist govt that killed or imprisoned millions of Tibetan?? Where were they when Tibet need full support from all over the world esp in 1959 and 1960's when His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and Tibetan govt was begging money and resources to build Tibetan community and identity again.
Being candid, I have neither seen nor heard of Tibetan muslim protesting against the communist brutalities or injustice towards Tibetan people.
May be I am uninformed but I have never seen any news or paper.

Don't accept tibetan muslim by emotion .u should know the fact of Muslim.in the past, western country accept those Islam immigrants to the west.at that time ,western never realise the threat of Islam.but today western are facing serious problem.so be realistic, love for other.... Doesn't mean sacrifices your land for those alien people.learn from western country mistake.... Today European country are facing problem due to past liberal mind on Muslim immigrants.tomorrow it may be tibet.so don't accept those tibetan Muslim merely with emotions.so basically those are not real tibetan.those tibetan kachi are immigrants from kashmir. tibetan may have liberal mind but do u guys think those tibetan Muslim have liberal mind to other religions ?no because in quran ,it mention that allah is the only truth.and those Christian and atheist are against islam view.sharia law in Islam are truly disgusting ideology in Islam.so better be in caution rather than accepting those Muslim.they are not liberal by religion... So how they are going accepting to those ex-muslim and non Muslim people..some day they will try to apply sharia law in tibet .just like they trying in uk.so my tibetan followers ,first learn the problem in west and then learn quran.then u will know real color of Muslim.don't take decisions with emotion ..... Do research on it.future tibet security is in our hand.

Islam is widespread. Ahle Sunna is true Islam. Wahabis/Deobandis, Shias, Khwarijites are troublemakers.
