Hello can I use Tapo C200 for outdoor use purpose. I will install this under a Balcony porch area So there will be no direct sunlight nor any rainwater or dirt So will it be ok for such long term use?
And I also have one more query that What is the Maximum distance it can record clear and crisp videos. Is 40 ft OK?

Can you access recording through the app outside your wifi network using the mobile data?
Yes we can access recording from anywhere in world.
But camera should be connected to any wifi network and should be online.

You can use anywhere ! Just keep it safe from Rain, Sunlight & dust. Also it will work for 40 feet but faces will not be too clear
