Crispy Air Fried Whole Tilapia thats a GAME CHANGER!! | Miss Mandi Throwdown

This air fried whole fish SAVES you on cooking oil, time & money!!!
Rub Ingredients
1 & 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
2 tsps of ground coriander
1 & 1/2 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt to taste
1 whole tilapia fish
Cook the fish at 200 c for 22 minutes
Sauce
1 & 1/2 tsp of garlic and ginger paste
1 chilli finely chopped
4 tbsps of ketchup
1/4 cup of water
1/4 chicken cube / bouillon
Dash of dark soy sauce
Handful of chopped dania (cilantro)
Allow for the sauce to cook for 5 - 6 minute on medium low heat.

This piecce of fish will take 50 to 60 minutes to cook in the air fryer. If you fry it in an oven it will only take 10 minutes, so you will save electricity by four times. Air fryer is not made for steaks and fish, it is only designed for patato chips. Waste no time and the extensive consumption of electricity.
