What a fantastic little piece of software!
nice to see a reset workspace menu ! When we are in shooting mode, how can we review the previous images of the filmstrip. Nothing happens when i select a thumbnail. When image is full sceen, is there a zoom/loupe key to zoom an area to check the sharpness ? Is there any plan to develop a focus peaking feature as i have on my a7rv in manual focus mode while i am connected to SS5 ?
Thanks for the question. The Preview window will show the currently selected filmstrip image. This is most commonly going to be the most recent image. However, you can manually select different images to be displayed in the preview window. You can do that with mouse selections or - with the filmstrip active - you can use the keyboard arrow keys to navigate to different images in the filmstrip.
The Loupe window can be used to check focus of the previously captured image. The Loupe window will retain the same magnification and position for whatever image is currently selected.
Focus peaking is not currently a feature, but I will pass that suggestion along to the team for future development.
Yeah but can you crop your pictures ? of course not !! 👎
Image adjustments of any kind are not currently possible in Smart Shooter 5. We will certainly make this suggestion to the development team for consideration. Thanks for your feedback.
