I reckon Poch wanted money to spend this summer to build on what he did last season and the people in the Boardroom said ‘NO!’
Chelsea didn’t do too badly this season: a final and semi-final in the cups, Europa Conf (maybe Europa League).
Those at the top need to get it right this season now otherwise it could be trouble, again. Entertaining for us on the outside though haha!

I really don't think it matters what fans want; it's the owners who don't know what they want. We will limp again into the next season with the same problems we had at the beginning of this one.

Way too late we were lucky. Last 5 games wasn't Pochettino's doing and our opponents hit the post/bar like 9 times. He doesn't have the brain. Someone must have finally taught or forced him how to go about it. I don't believe it was Pochettino's idea. Everyone at least 90% wanted Pochettino out 7 matches ago. Remember the march against Arsenal. Then nobody wanted to give Pochettino a chance like Arsenal gave Arteta. If Poch is a good manager you would agree with me that Chelsea would have been top 4 regardless of him getting the players he wants. That tells me and the Chelsea board that he had good enough players and he just proved himself so wrong.

It's Madness to others but at the end of the day, it's standards and poch has failed miserably.
    Arsenal might reward failure.
For me, a show of ambition and showing balls.
Maybe teams like Arsenal should adopt this and they may actually get over the line.

In that logic, Klopp and Pep wouldn't have lasted as long as they have. If he was sacked after the Arsenal game, fine but now after we were getting some form. Say goodbye to the likes of Gallagher and Chalobah and any other Competent Cobham graduate and more of Disasi. At this point even Colwill sooner or later won't be safe.

@@charliecosta3971Klopp finished 8th with Liverpool. Pep took an already title winning side and finished 4th. Poch took a team that finished 12th to 6th despite all the injuries and inconsistencies. Not to mention the managers we are linked to but how convenient is it that a certain Brighton manager just became available and 48 hours later. Poch is out

@@wallacegachanja9219 Klopp finished 8th in half a season. His first full season finished 4th then went on to win the champions league.
Peps first season finished top 4 followed by winning the league.
Poch first full season has been awful.
