I have one similar. It’s an AXS model. My action at the first is about 3/64 to 4/64 across all 6 strings. It looks like someone filed deep into the nut. All the strings are about 15/64 at the 12th. The saddle looks high to me. There is relief. I feel like the nut should be replaced and sanded at the bottom. The saddle needs lowered. And maybe adjusting the truss rod. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, without looking at your instrument I can't really guide you. 15/64 at the 12th fret is HUGE Justin. Too many variables. Where are you?

@@396guitars South Central PA. As it sits the relief seems spot on. The first fret measurements are on. It’s once you get to 6-8 that it starts really going up. I thing the saddle can be sanded

15/64 is twice as high as what is acceptable. You need to achieve an 8/64 of an inch drop to 7/64 total string height on the bass side. That being said, try setting the neck to a straight condition, then shave the saddle as much as the instrument will tolerate. My experience is you might gain (lower) 4/64 of an inch. My point is, there is something else causing the string height to be so high. Possibly body warp or neck angle distortion. Good luck
