Basically ye cheez jo hain recurring decimal,
13.13131313 that means 13 repeat ho Raha Hain,, so hum isko likhte hain 13.13 ke mathe do recurrent ,,
Agar isko fraction mein kare to yeah hoga (1313-13)/99=1300/99..
Aur iska percentage ka fraction karna hoga to yeh hoga 1300÷(99×100) that means
13/99..
