First of all the Ravens beat themselves. And if Jackson had ran that ball the Bills would have been defeated. They would have had a first down and the Bills would have lost that game.

As a Bills fan I have a ton of respect for the Ravens. No cheap shots on either side and just hard played games and very entertaining.

On top of that, he's got multiple weapons around him, who all play with the same intensity for all 4 quarters.

Absolute MVP in this game for me was Matt Milano. He never made a total tide shifting play like Poyer’s picks but it felt like every time the ravens had a chance to pull away or bury us he made a big play. Dude has been playing out of his mind so far this season!
Not to forget Edmunds. With one half of our Elite Safty Duo going down it seems like our LB duo is just taking their Game to another level. Both played amazing so far this season!!
Milano was great at run stopping this game made tackle after tackle
Imagine how good our defense will be once we get Tre White back, and some of our new guys like Elam and Benford get some more experience under their belt. Fixing up to look scary as hell for opposing offenses!

This feels like a tale of 2 halves for the Ravens this season.
1 half they look like a carbon copy of their 2019 team, being extremely dangerous offensively and scoring like crazy.
The other half they become the new age Atlanta Falcons. They get too cute as the game goes on, make mistakes, and their opponent comes back and wins the game.
In today's game against the Bills, that story played itself again.
Lamar can't be criticized for that because it'll be considered racist.

Unsung hereos of the game? Shaq Lawson and Greg Rousseau for their contain of Lamar Jackson on that 4th down play. Made Lamar put too much air under the ball, giving Poyer the chance for the pick.

Harbaugh watched his defense give up 28 pts in the 4th Quarter against Tua two weeks ago and has a MVP Calibur QB. You're playing one of the most explosive offense teams in the NFL with all their timeouts and almost 2 minutes....have a hard time seeing kicking the FG being the better decision.

@@Invader135 Dude, weather was bad. It was a chip shot for Tucker. Raven's defense did stop Allen after the interception. A 35 yard field goal attempt by the Bill's in those conditions would have been tough. If the defense could have held them to that, it's a pretty good chance the kicker misses it. You have to take the easy three points and make them either tie it or win with a TD. If they score a quick TD you still have a chance to win it if you get the ball back with enough time. Going for it was the wrong call. The third down play before the fourth down play they lost yardage. Stoppage momentum was with the bills at that point. You have to take the three points there. Very bad decision by Harbaugh and it not only cost them the game but it made it easy for the Bills to win.
So bills got to the 1 yard line with a 1:40 left in the game. Bills would have scored a touchdown and that feild goal wouldnt have mattered anyway

Definitely one of my favorite things about Allen is that he's still on an upswing. I feel like he gets better every year still. Which is crazy since he was amazing last year and the year before.

Harbaugh should've taken the 3 points and put his faith in his defense to at least prevent a touchdown. I can't blame Peters for feeling angry about it.

The D could have stopped that last march down the field to get well into field goal range, no? I'm not a fan of Harbaugh, but I think he made the best decision going for it on 4th, given the quality of the ravens D.

I love going for it on 4th down more than almost all coaches seem to want to do, but doing it instead of taking the lead with barely any time in the game is a hot take
When their defense is last in the league, especially in the second half of games, it's a pretty easy decision to go for the td. If they went for the fg, the bills likely would have marched down field, scored the td, and won the game instead of tying to take it to overtime in a worse case scenario for the ravens.
No that’s the right call because best case, you guys go up a TD and we need to go alllll the way downfield and score a td just to force OT. And worst case? SHOULD HAVE BEEN the ravens turn it over on downs at the bills 1 yard line and now the bills need to go 70 yards in like a minute to score a game winning FG. However lamar threw a pick and a surprise third option to the situation arose. And the bills still went the whole length of the field with ease right after that anyway, even if we were down 3 on the drive we would’ve probably scored since we started kneeing it out on first and goal. Hate that everyone’s blaming harbaugh for going for it there. If they kick the fg and the bills still walk down the field like that you’d be just as mad he didn’t go for it there because it gave you guys a chance to go up 7 instead of 3. Either way it didn’t matter because you have to make a stop on the last drive and they couldn’t. But at that point the most we could’ve done was force OT. Cant plan for lamar throwing a pick there, he doesn’t throw the pick that might work out for them. That was just absolutely worst thing that could’ve possibly happened on that play it’s not his fault for putting his team in a position to win. Settling for 3 against the bills with a super super weak defense is always gonna come back to bite you in the ass too. A FG makes buffalos life a little bit harder but a TD there makes their life almost impossible. If they scored a TD there the only way we can win the game is go win in OT or get down the field score then go for two instead of forcing OT
Yeah the last possession Ravens D had them 3 and out so show some belief in them and kick the field goal. Any lead is a good one.
@@BuffBills69 Tied in the 4th, you take what's given to you. Going for it is and will always be a stupid decision. The Raven's defense isn't good, but they did limit Josh Allen to 200 yards. Ultimately it was their offense that lost them the game. Ravens were fortunate enough to get turnovers early to go up 17 but did nothing the rest of the game.

(but that 3rd and 1 where the Ravens lost a timeout was really bad decision, the replay showed very clearly that the ball was through the line of scrimmage before Lamar's leg came down out of the field. not that this mattered in the end. )
Yup. I know that offensive holding gets overlooked constantly in nearly every pro game but that had to have been some of the most egregious and constant offensive holding I've ever seen. I mean they weren't even disguising it. There was one play where Dane Jackson was sent in on a CB blitz and nearly got into the backfield uncontested with Lamar completely unawares. Their FB grabbed the back of his jersey with both hands and held on as Dane dragged him like five yards horizontally while he tried to get to Lamar. Just absurd.

Impressive play by both teams but a great Bills comeback.
Bills are the most entertaining team to watch in the NFL, and they're a well-oiled machine when the offense and defense are in their groove. Bravo to the Bills for continuing to fight hard and come up with the win with half their Defense on IR. Nearly the entire secondary is filled with rookies. The offense is also dealing with a fair share of injuries as well, good thing they have some depth on the roster this year. They'll need those guys back for the postseason no doubt.
Milano and Edmunds were the X factor.
What a game! Buffalo showed some real toughness. We are those guys, these days!

Eventhough kelly did not play his best games in those SBs and never had above a 65% pct rate it would be unfair to say he's overrated or garbage because coaching played a huge factor as well.

Now everyone is calling him out and trashing him for going for it at the 1 yard line with 4 minutes on the clock still. He knew that the Bills could make it down the field and score a TD too with that much time left. It really was a lose lose situation. They could have gone with the Justin Tucker 3 points but the Bills were within the 20 yard line with 2 minutes left still they definitely would have scored a TD if they needed to.
Good game bills, my ravens should have went for the kick on that final drive but it is what it is! Our defense played great, too hold bills to 23 points is good! Their defense played a little bit better stopped us cold the send half! Offense has to be more consistent! Either way it’s only 4th game, plenty of games to be played! I like where we are at!

It's gotta be a tough call for coaches there. There was 4 minutes left, going up 3 and giving Allen the ball back with 4 minutes + 3 TOs certainly doesn't sound like a smart play. Give your MVP QB a chance to get less than 5 yards to go up 7, i think that sounds a lot more reasonable. Awful play call dropping Jackson back like that though, given the situation.

Take the 3 and force the Bill's to score a TD to win, or FG to tie and deal with OT. But you need to put the game on the line even if it's only 3 points. Shift the pressure to the Bill's.

Man, shoutout to Shakir for stepping up and making the most of his minutes when #6 was out! Praying that Lil Dirty is back in the lineup after he's healthy. Matt Milano, I love everything you do for this team. Rousseau had a slightly down game but still brought that ferocity and I love watching him play. Von too. I cannot wait for Tre and Micah to come back and make this already great defense next level. Big win today! On to the Steelers next!

I was relieved when they kept using Motor as the game went on. That fumble sucked given everything else that had gone wrong to that point but he's been so important these last two games in making up for some of the receiver injuries the Bills have been dealing with as well as picking up his ground game as the season has gone on. Moss deserves to be benched at this point as he lacks vision while running and Dorsey can't seem to call a good play for him, and Cook needs more reps to work out the rookie bugs, so Motor is very important right now to ensure that Josh doesn't have to do all of the running.
Bills defense was phenomenal this game both in pass coverage and run stopping truly deserve their #1 ranking also the Ravens defense played a lot better than I thought they would with MP back it seems the secondary is now gelling its also becoming a top defense just need a MLB who can make plays consistently
Mat Milano is built different. He hits hard and doesn't give up Many yards definitely player of the game. Got two 1v1 tackles on Lamar.
Funnily enough Milano was the one Lamar absolutely UNDRESSED on an option about 3 years ago…just goes to show how much he’s improved and where’s his confidence level is!
Bills have only allowed 7 total points in the second halves of games this year, including outscoring opponents 44-0 in the third quarter. That one TD they allowed was led by Tua after Miami broke concussion protocols to get him back in the game.
Anyone notice Bills finally showed some clock management skills in this one? On final drive, Ravens were letting Singletary go in for a td to get the ball back with time and Singletary went down instead to keep eating clock. Well done!

Could watch Josh Allen & Lamar Jackson play every week. Was yelling at the TV when Baltimore wouldn't just let Buffalo score with 1:40-0:40 left in the game! Your only chance is to give up the TD, and give Lamar a chance to comeback & tie it. Odd decision by Harbaugh!

Yeah there were 3 holding penalties uncalled that I saw and people saying refs won the game for the bills with the roughing call

Both great players but Poyer isn't even the best safety on his team, but Hyde being injured means he needs to step up even more than he did the last couple of seasons, Milano is very underrated though
On replay McKenzie was definitely not 'a runner', he caught the ball and immediately fell sideways to the ground and Chuck Clark just put all his force into McKenzie's head.

It is honestly perplexing, watching both QB's evade pressure, moreso Josh, seeing as he somehow manages it without Lamar's instant acceleration. Not to even mention Lamar's almost superhuman, general shiftiness. Insane talent between the two. 1st half, Raven's DBs were hitting WRs early and weren't being called. In the 3rd they started calling it and the game changed drastically.
What about no call of bills db hitting Demarcus Robinson way early. That swung the game. It wasnt being call on both sides.
