Kakashi is probably the most stable shinobi in the Naruto/Boruto world. Went through a lot, became a killer at a young age, and lost literally every member of his team including his sensei, yet he managed to get to the top as a Hokage and brought nothing but peace to the village during his reign. His backstory alone deserves a series.

I’m still mad how sasuke still took out his anger. He left the village instead of working with kakashi to become a better person. Kakashi is also one of the strongest characters and being a student of his would have helped sasuke learn possibly more than what he learned with orochimaro. Especially about the sharingan
I totally agree with you. As a sharingan user, Kakashi could teach Sasuke to use the sharingan better, at least compared to Orochimaru who doesn't have one. Sasuke's arrogance annoys me, especially in the beginning when (like I said) he thought he was the only one with any trauma. And what pissed me off the most was when he "shouted" at Kakashi that he didn't know how he felt, even though Kakashi absolutely proved with that conversation that he understood it better than anyone and tried to open Sasuke's eyes. Sasuke basically didn't understand him at all and ended up repeating the same thing to Naruto. (when he said he doesn't know what it's like to lose someone because he was alone from the beginning).

And just by the way, it is not possible to compare these types of trauma. Naruto, Kakashi and Sasuke went through something different and were traumatized differently. And about Sasuke understanding what Kakshi was trying to tell him, I can't agree with that, because if he really understood him, he wouldn't have repeated that phrase to Naruto. I agree he was right in this case and I know Naruto confirmed it to him, but the problem is he hasn't been with Naruto 24/7 his whole life so he couldn't know 100% if Naruto had experienced something like that or not. So it was pretty careless of him towards Naruto and if he understood Kakashi he wouldn't have said that because he would have been more careful and not underestimate Naruto's past or others past just because he thinks he knows them. While kakashi and sasuke are different, I think that if naruto died in land of waves then sasuke would have different feelings about his fellow leaf shonobi. Obito was the reason kakashi cared so deeply for his comrades, before Obito’s talk-no-jutsu, kakashi was gonna let rin die. Sasuke had some similar beliefs (trauma blinding him to the value of his comrades) and started to show similar growth when he jumped in front of haku’s attack to save naruto, but felt inferior after waking up and finding out that Naruto beat Haku. It’s this inferiority that leads to him doubling down on the need to gain more power so that he can get revenge.
Sasuke was so absorbed in his own self pity to realize other people suffer too.

Kakashi's resilience and kindness despite his tragic past is truly inspiring. He's a testament to the strength of the human spirit.
It takes a long time, but when you finally see what he had to go through, it brings tears to your eyes for all the suffering he had.

Kakashi was always my favorite character. If you think about his life it's so sad but he turned everything around and became someone very good
I'd argue it's Naruto who turns it all around for Kakashi. As the show progresses you see Kakashi working through his past with how Naruto confronts the world. You also see how rigid Kakashi was before he became a Genin's Jonin. Even the 3 groups before Team 7, it wasn't until after the fact that he felt good for what he did, rather than being the hard ass he was known to be. Even his friends were more distant due to his rigid ANBU nature. I also think this is why one of the best Kakashi moments is in Boruto with Guy and Mirai. The JOY they animate Kakashi with, especially as the old Ninja that he is, was fantastic.
the emotional rollercoaster that this show is when you truly watch it is exactly why it will always be the greatest anime ever in my opinion.
