Explaining the items because why the hell not?!
Cigarettes: normally in real life, it gives you lung cancer. In this game, it gives you one health.
Beer: lets you pump the shotgun after using only *once*. So if there’s a live round in second, and a blank on first, if you use a beer, you’ll only pump the shotgun once, thus removing that first blank round. (Did you know blank rounds are still dangerous in real life?)
Knife: using this will turn your shotgun into a sawed-off shotgun, doing more damage. Be careful, it only lasts one shot, and it does more damage if you happen to shoot yourself.
Handcuffs: whoever has these MUST skip a turn. That means if it becomes your turn, you’ll have to skip it. If the match ends, the handcuffs break no matter what.
Magnifying glass: lets you see the shell currently in the chamber. Good for shooting if live, bad for shooting if blank.
Medicine: it’s expired, but could be helpful. If you’re lucky, you earn more health. If not, you’re gonna need a bit of a shock to get back up, losing one health in the process.
Adrenaline: using it will make you steal one of the dealer’s item, and use it instantly, such as cigarettes being used immediately if taken after using adrenaline. Be fast, though, because adrenaline won’t last forever, and when it runs out, that means you wasted something!
Phone: using it will tell you what bullet is what and where it is. Example is the fourth bullet being a blank. That means fourth bullet in the gun is a blank.
Inverter: inverts the bullet in the chamber to what it isn’t. That means if the bullet in the chamber is a blank, using the inverter will make it a live round.

*shells, not bullets btw. the "blanks" are really snap caps, but most players either wont know the difference or care.

the dealer is actually pretty chill considering you blast him in the face with a shotgun multiple times throughout the game
A big thing about the phone is the fact that it tells you the current x shell in the chamber. Not the x shell in the chamber when it was loaded. That means you should use it with beer for a better result

Adrenaline-Make you steal an item and use immediately
Expired medicine-40 percent chance to give you 2 charges and if not lose 1 charge
Burner phone: Tells you random rounds in the shotgun (Never tells you what round are in the chamber)
Polarity inverter: Change the round in the chamber
Note: Never use burner phone when theres 1 round left, you will waste it
You forgot the the polarity inverter that changes the current round to the opposite type of

What interest me most is the inverter. Very strategic.
For example, if you have 1 or 2 HP left, and dealer gives you 8 bullets (4 live 4 blank), always use inverter to shoot the dealer because 1)if it's live, then you deal damage or 2)if it's blank, that means you coverted a live bullet into blank, and you reduced your chance of being shot this round since live round is consumed. In the old version this is a very dangerous situation, 4 live bullets vs 1 or 2 HP can be lethal.
No because. If it's live then using the inverter turns it into a blank. Thus a 50/50 will still be a 50/50
@@KILLRXNOEVIRUSno because if its live and you turn it to blank then there are 5 blanks and 3 live before you shoot, then after there are 4 blank and 3 live instead of 4 blank and 4 live which is what it would be before you use the polarizer.
@@Ivte-dr6kk Don't waste polerizer for no reason. It offers no advantage unless you know what the shell is or the odds are not in your favor.

@@Ivte-dr6kk No math necessary. A coinflip will always be 50/50 regardless if someone swapped the face before you pick a side. They think hp plays a roll in the odds as well, very laughable.
