Genos has a depression period. All magic classes has one. You fell behind in dps against physical dmg dealers hence why you take longer fights in instances. Although with his passive it's a close guarantee you can complete any instance it's just a matter of how long. In pvp a 7/7 is a must even when faced with players of similar progression in eq.

Been playing since day one of Global. I whaled hard the first year but then lost interest when 4th jobs came out and ruined the game. I returned this year out of nostalgia and trying to adapt now. I have 2200 atk deposit and 2050 matk deposit, and 55% deposit (1% atk/matk from gacha). I can get it up to 60% if I spend my freya coins. Not really trying to play RM (it is 100% impossible to get the weapon unless we get a +15 refine ticket) but I'm excited for Valkyrie, which also uses atk/matk. Do you know what the max is these days for flat atk/matk, and % atk/matk?
I have been playing since 2018, and even before in my college days, I used to be a Swordsman in the RO Classic (used to buy a top card just to play) and I loved this RO Mobile because I was able to reach the Rune Master class that I never used to achieve before. Now, my goal is able to hunt MVP, and been checking a lot of tutorials, so far I was able to reach 100K auto attack damage and I'm happy with that. SEA/ShinRyoma
I don't think people invest in VIT too much. You can have some for survivability, but I feel like you need lots of points in int, str, agi, and luk. It is a balancing trick. For survivability Asyphixia keeps you alive and Frenzy also helps a lot

I played auto attack knight since the game released until now, and I top-up casually (less than 3000 USD, including premium for more than 4 years) I realized that not only you need crazy amount of real money but also crazy luck in gacha. So basically if you're having terrible bad-luck like me, then you either gonna spend a much more real money to compensate, or you gonna put up more effort (hunting mini and MVP daily as extra after daily farming). But then you still relied a lot on luck especially on things such as Skill Rune, Oracle Extract, Blue Yellow Red Purple Gacha or Nolan roll, worse chance if you decide to not spend real money But since both +15 Heaven and +15 Combustible is really frcking cheap now, if you want to play AA RM then probably it's time to start now. You might still need a lot but at least with 9B you can buy almost everything now, something that can't be said last year where even a single +15 heaven cost as much as moonlight card *Coincidentally I also have 70% deposit but around 3500 atk and 3000 matk, probably because you play in different server since I'm playing in SEA server
It works, been using that for years problem is it depend on Joint Beat rune skills, so the chance of Lex is really really low you can use the black wing version but for auto attack but the price is much more expensive and it's snapping hell the stats is totally the same though, only Lex chance requisite is different (white for skill, black for auto attack)

Well you can do now, since the price of AA RM's gear are much cheaper right now Sure you might need at least 7B, but currently with that kind of money you can buy most important gears such as Heaven + Combustible Knife + Saint Mary Shoes. Something that can't be said at last year that 7B can only buy you the weapon only since Heaven cost as much as Moonlight card
RM now became outdated since rath arrived in EL SEA, +15 heavens's price is discounted drastically from 7B last year and now only 700m and no one play RM in weekly anymore

Sea-MoF salmon7686 SBX. This was my first job class when i started playing ROM. Been loyal to him for the first yr then decided to build other jobs as sbx falls behind meta heroes in both pvp and pve at the time i started. It was difficult starting as sbx as your practically weak in all instances and dungeons, as well as farming sites. Even my beginner buddy whom i started playing with was so far ahead of me as he was able to farm more resources and was able to do more difficult instances. Even in pvp i lag behind since the power gap between us was too far apart. Granted i was way more lucky in both gacha and in runes. We even have the same refinement in equips but still felt useless playing sbx. Now on my 3rd yr. With the new buffs and updates i was able to feel like an assasin in pvp. Sbx Definitely not the job class you want to take slow. It's more of an all in one time build where you must have all the resources ready and have the good cards to feel relevant. Currently in my end game phase in sbx where i try to get situational items and cards in my arsenal. Definitely sbx is the best end game class in terms of gameplay and enjoyment. It's just a matter of patience and tenacity.
I’ve been playing f2p since 2020 and use AA Runemaster as my main. I have to agree about the depression phase of low depo % so instead I categorise 2 phases of gaming which is current and long term jobs. For instances, I use Nogu/Light bringer (current job) to complete it all while slowly investing whatever I can on my Runemaster. I play Runemaster so that I won’t get bored and able to invest long term 😂😂 But seeing the new hero class (Rathgricy), I’m getting more excited and potentially being my new main 😂❤ ID: 4322706409 / IGN: BattleAngel.

I am still working on my Thanatos and I think that it will not fall off as the game progresses as it still has decent damage output for both PVE and PVP even with low damage deposit. I can also switch to RM MDB and the upcoming Rathgricy class without much changes aside from the weapon so even if I get bored with Thanatos class, it is still a geat investment. Ive also been building AA RM, Im a bit higher than your 70 depo acc (mine is fully +15 gear, 3.5k/3k atk/matk book, 83% depo) and it also feels lacking specially now that genos, saitama and other jobs just stomp over u with even lesser deposits and gears. Its a bit underwhelming considering all the effort. Im planning on switching to rath but my hopes are that one day my rm can get better but I think its only a matter of % deposit sadly. Is having high vit for call of justice and more def no longer necessary? Everything seems backwards to me. Perhaps this is why I get 1 hit kill often?

I was unlucky with random attributes for purple gear. Purple is ideal for PvP and I don't do PvP competitively

Yes on global lots of heavens in the exchange now. I also see +15s more often too. It is bad RM got out scaled for most people.

For backgear actually the brynhild' wing(void realm) is the best, giving you auto lex.
Rathgricy wings also gives auto lex due to from Joint-Beat Skills rune but much less chance, at least the stat is same though

SBX. This was my first job class when i started playing ROM. Been loyal to him for the first yr then decided to build other jobs as sbx falls behind meta heroes in both pvp and pve at the time i started. It was difficult starting as sbx as your practically weak in all instances and dungeons, as well as farming sites. Even my beginner buddy whom i started playing with was so far ahead of me as he was able to farm more resources and was able to do more difficult instances. Even in pvp i lag behind since the power gap between us was too far apart. Granted i was way more lucky in both gacha and in runes. We even have the same refinement in equips but still felt useless playing sbx. Now on my 3rd yr. With the new buffs and updates i was able to feel like an assasin in pvp. Sbx Definitely not the job class you want to take slow. It's more of an all in one time build where you must have all the resources ready and have the good cards to feel relevant. Currently in my end game phase in sbx where i try to get situational items and cards in my arsenal. Definitely sbx is the best end game class in terms of gameplay and enjoyment. It's just a matter of patience and tenacity.
I’ve been playing f2p since 2020 and use AA Runemaster as my main. I have to agree about the depression phase of low depo % so instead I categorise 2 phases of gaming which is current and long term jobs. For instances, I use Nogu/Light bringer (current job) to complete it all while slowly investing whatever I can on my Runemaster.
I play Runemaster so that I won’t get bored and able to invest long term 😂😂 But seeing the new hero class (Rathgricy), I’m getting more excited and potentially being my new main 😂❤

Yes Rathgricy looks like a great alternative for RMs who heavily invested in atk and matk.

My long term job is tekwon. Got a guildmates that carry through all legend instances with this. Great flexibility of changing to all elements as skill damager. Been focusing this build on meteor dmg instead of kick skill.

I am still working on my Thanatos and I think that it will not fall off as the game progresses as it still has decent damage output for both PVE and PVP even with low damage deposit. I can also switch to RM MDB and the upcoming Rathgricy class without much changes aside from the weapon so even if I get bored with Thanatos class, it is still a geat investment.

Taekwon for me! Since it gets a buff ,anti fatal and faith pray works on it . . I can solo now Lost Isle Legend and can give high damage on Ponape Museum 3F also on Ponape Secret Realm etc.

i was working on AA Rm long term but might switch that over to valk when she get release, will have to see. wanted a class to solo museum and isle legend. nogu and taekwondo are the two best 2 f2p class to attempt legend atm for me.

Ive also been building AA RM, Im a bit higher than your 70 depo acc (mine is fully +15 gear, 3.5k/3k atk/matk book, 83% depo) and it also feels lacking specially now that genos, saitama and other jobs just stomp over u with even lesser deposits and gears. Its a bit underwhelming considering all the effort. Im planning on switching to rath but my hopes are that one day my rm can get better but I think its only a matter of % deposit sadly.

which other job can get on par to saitama and genos tho? those two especially genos are busted af. kinda excited for rath but i really hope they release another busted collab job, because i missed genos and i need busted job for pve because i'm quite new at this, so my depo is still below 30%
