Leaves used for pathrodo was always confusing for me. Identifying which leaves is what was always a tedious job. So here's a detail video of leaves used for pathrodo and various GSB dishes.
Leaves usually grow only during rainy season. Tere leaves grow only in rainy season. And other type is bombay alva.
There are two types of stem colour- green/white and black.
Tree colocasia and colocasia are tree growing colocasia and colocasia grown on ground.
From tree colocasia we prepare marvala paana podi or maravala paana podi.
From tere paana we prepare alvati, ganti sukke and many more.

Oil extract can be done from this fruit, even kokam, pasponos seed too. To extract Dhumpa oil it's time taking process we need to boil it first later we need to smash it and same water boil it after some time you get thick layers at top of water collect it in vessel after that again boil same like ghee final you need to drop it in cold water and take soon you will get butter type yellow I color. My grandparents use to do it 😁
