Very bad quality. Kids tend to drop the bottle and the lid is easily breakable. Not worth the cost...

Straw k bina use kr sakte h kya. Meri bachi 6 month ki h toh woh use kr sakti h kya usko

I had same problem with this sipper.. You can open the upper part easily, their is a spring behind the button so just check it's position, it's little bit irritating to fix that spring but it will fix button problem
