    very well explained,essence of prediction is "Planet will give prediction of lagna house (Main ) as well as of Bhav chalit" . So both house results with major percentage of lagna house .Thanks for such clear and detailed video.

    From my understanding, Planets give results of their natural significations w.r.t to position in Bhav chalit and the rest like aspect etc with respect to D1 placement. Also, planets cancel their Conjunction if in different houses in bhav chalit by the virtue of having big degree difference.
    Like Mars in 2nd in Leo (1 degree) in D1 but in Bhava Chalit it moves to 1st house. So, Mars will give Mars in 1st house result but in Leo sign ( as if Mars is in Leo in first house) but aspect will of it being in 2nd house i.e on 5th,8th and 9th houses.

    Whole brihad prashar book talks only of D1 ...Even classics like saravali, mansagri, brihad jataka ...they only take d1 not chalit chart....It's very confusing as modern astrologers are using different methods...it's clearly seen from D1 chart that ruchak yoga getting canceled as saturn is placed in aries with mars ....from D1 itself ...Saturn aspeing ninth lord in d1 being maraka for cancer ascendant will definitely cause problems for higher education to the native....

As its in kendra position?!

    Dear Sir My Humble observation is, In India we Used drik theory if the Lagna has passed at Aries 20 degree it means The 1st house if contains 20 degree of Aries and 10 Degree of Pieces . If you want to use Bhava chalit you have to do not use drik sidhant first....

    Will aspects be seen from the Lagna chart or the Bhav Chalit chart?? Considering aspects are a function of the houses, rather than signs, they should be seen from the Bhav Chalit. However, I've read otherwise.
    Please guide.

    • @astroassurance
      @astroassurance  Před 2 lety +2

      There are no walls in space. Hence degrees are paramount. If a planet is in Aries and another in Libra then surely both are aspecting each other. However if the degree difference is more than 10 degrees then the aspect gets weaker with each increasing degree difference. Bhav chalit gives a more accurate description of the 'house' a planet is in based on the ascendant degree but a planet may be placed at the start of a house in 1st house and the other may be at the end of the 7th using bhav chalit. Then the aspect may not be strong enough. So with a 7 sign difference if the degree difference is more than 10 then the aspect is weaker. So pl use the degree difference within signs as most imp to check aspects

      @@astroassurance what about aspects on houses? For example, I have Jupiter in second house Capricorn in D1, but it moves to first house in Sagittarius in Bhav Chalit. So, should I consider its aspects on 6th, 8th and 10th house or 5th, 7th and 9th house... Or both?

  • @babajaiy8246
    @babajaiy8246 Před 2 lety

    So although you say one popular way to apply Bhav is to use Lagna degree as center of house, going 15 degrees either side for that house. Although you introduced the idea initially as starting with Lagna degree then count 30 degrees from that as the house, in one direction for one house, and the other direction for the other house.(This is actually the way many western house systems begin their divisions.)
    I was wondering though, from your experience, have you looked at both methods over time and seen which way seems to bear more fruit?
    I would also seem to think it would require a bit of intuition to decide which way to look at it depending on the chart; For example if lagna is 5 degrees Aries and Mars is at 4 degrees Aries, it's probably due to it's closeness, more likely to get results to consider it as being in the first house...yet if Mars was at 22 degrees Pisces with a 5 degrees Aries Lagna, and still with that same system considered first house...maybe going with the other system might bear more fruits because the start of the Lagna marks that which is above the horizon and that which is below - a pretty strong demarcation point that is strongly symbolic. So in such a case, we might consider that Mars at 22 degrees Pisces with a 5 degree Aries, to actually be in the 12th house.
