Great review! Here in Greece they have an offer going on where they give it together with every Xiaomi 13T pro that just launched (price of 13T Pro is 899 euros though).
The Pad itself is retailing at 199 euros.

This is really awesome review, I am thinking of picking this tablet up myself (bundle combo with a Xiaomi phone), I am going to try to do editing on it too for some smaller workflows, but I do have main editing pc for that and I really hope the stylus will work, what stylus do you have? Because I have drawing tablet, and having tablet to draw would be more awesome and easier way to practice, there was another review hat said that no styluses work at all.
My main goal with this tablet is also to just like you browse and watch youtube media with the bigger screen, and multitasking abilities would be so nice, benefit doing it on tablet compared to pc is that I can move around and not sit in one spot and separate workplace from enjoy content place as well as bigger screen tops phone and saves phones battery life's longevity.

Just bought this today for $175 usd. They gave me the 6gb ram version by accident instead of the 4 haha. It's mint green and i love it compared to my now broken iPad air
It's also so loud I love it. Very sturdy build feel. Just annoying that there's no sim port

Yes. You can export in 1080p using kinemaster. I was also using stylus pen without any problems 😺

Pad I use for watching CZcams and Movies and for reading texts. Set background to dark mode and the thumbnails in CZcams stands out. Watching in dark room where there's no reflection on the Pad screen is much better.

I have the redmi pad without se and use it for email and movies .
It does everything it is supposed to do well and photos only expensive tablets do well .

Saw this and as soon as I saw this weekend sale that was selling the 256GB/8GB version for $150usd. I had to nab it. I just need one for work purposes, mostly SocMed and Video reviews 😂 No Gaming or heavy stuffs so it's definitely a bargain. I almost wanted to get the S9 FE+ 🤣 But I don't need performance lol

snapdragon 680 should make it impossible to render 4k videos. Too bad. A higher powered version would be ideal with only 90 Hz and big battery for editing videos.

@@dezigndude4475 Why not. I am editing all my CZcams videos on a tablet or now foldable as the chips inside are way more optimized for rendering videos in different formats than my laptop is. So hardware rendering definitely wins on the tablets against a similiar priced laptop with intel/amd gpu.

Normal Redmi pad better
The tablet is capable of 90Hz only on the desktop and in the settings menu. It only works at 60Hz in chrome, edge, gmail, facebook, X, instagram, youtube! The scrolling is therefore very jerky and unpleasant.

I had the same experience with poco x3 nfc. Said to be 120hz but i can see most of the time it wasnt 120. Since then ive drop out from redmi/poco devices
