With Brock's Hypercharge, it is actually better to super then use your Hypercharge after so your regular super gets the stat boosts, and does not become a Hypercharged super.
Edit, even in Heist, you deal more damage with his regular super. You just need to aim slightly below the Heist safe with where it shows the middle of the super.

Brock's is really good if you use hypercharge right after pressing super, the stat buff alone can guarantee most kills

the best way to use brock's hypercharge is to use ur regular super and then hit the hypercharge button right after, since this way, you have the regular super but the stat boost still applies to the rockets

In my opninion gene’s hypercharge should be below brocks just because brock is pretty useful in heist and in my opinion easier to hit, if you manage to pull 3 brawlers with gene youre just dead

Personally, I’d rather use Gene’s hypercharge so an enemy can’t avoid my grab, rather than trying to go for 3.
It only deals more damage to the heist safe if you auto-aim it which is super finicky because most times auto-aim will target a random enemy

Sandy's speed boost is just so good because the size of his super is massive
Brock Hypercharge tip: Use Brocks ult first and than immediately pop hypercharge during ultimate.

A tip for sandy is that the heal star power is much better as the heal can be very useful for helping you escape situations and for pushing and the damage isn’t that high for it to be that worth it and nobody gonna step in sandy super if they not dumb

I think brocks hypercharge isnt rlly meant for damage,but mainly for area control and so its 'harder' for enemys to dodge
