No. You will need all the documents at the time of application. However this may change as time goes.
Please, I am an HND holder, and I already have my certificate/qualification assessed by the uni-assist, and a VPD was issued to me, do I still need to have my qualification compared to German qualification again, and if YES' kindly recommend the site where this can be done. Hi Guys, thank you for your information. I want to ask you that is the opportunity card introduced in Nov and gradually comes to effect in the following six months ? I think it will take a few more months before the opportunity card becomes available for application at German embassies and immigration offices in Germany. When do you think they will open up the application portal for candidates to apply tentatively ?
Hello Sammy. Thanks for this. The best thing to do is to prepare well in advance with all the required documentation. It's is still not clear the exact month when this will happen next year. But we are optimistic !

We need to wait until they release further updates and information in the upcoming month. But what's obvious to have is documents such as degree or vocational certificates and proof of working experience.
