Hello everyone, after a long and tedious process of trying to perfect this, it's finally here, my take on a doomsday remix. If you enjoy it, consider leaving a like and subscribing to my channel to see upcoming songs! I dont want to tease too much, but more remixes from the Mistful Crimson Morning mod are to come soon, along with some original tracks from a mod i've been working on! ENJOYY :D

Friday Night Funkin' is an open-source rhythm game first released as a demo in 2020 for a game jam. The game is developed by a small group called The Funkin' Crew Inc., with the four founding members being the Newgrounds users Cameron "ninjamuffin99" Taylor, David "PhantomArcade" Brown, Isaac "Kawai Sprite" Garcia, and evilsk8r. The game shares some gameplay features with Dance Dance Revolution and PaRappa the Rapper and borrows aesthetic influences from Flash games. The game has been credited with driving users back to Newgrounds, a site whose popularity peaked in the early 2000s.
The game mainly revolves around the player character, Boyfriend, who must defeat a variety of characters in singing and rapping contests in order to continue dating his love interest, Girlfriend. Gameplay revolves around hitting notes with timed inputs while avoiding running out of health for the duration of the song.
The game was initially created for the Ludum Dare 47 game jam on October 5, 2020. An expanded demo was released on November 1, 2020, with updates being released in the following months. A full version backed on Kickstarter titled Friday Night Funkin': The Full Ass Game is in development.

A voice line in doomsday is something i never knew i needed until now. This is actually amazing

The line was from an episode where Amethyst shows Steven where he was born and later on breaks down during her fight with Pearl and tells how she's been judged for how different she is compared to the other Amethysts and she hates herself for that, for not being strong, tall, and perfect in general
Since there's not shotgun sound at the end, I can consider this a "good ending" mix
but he still cant be in society because he looks like hes dead

Gahh this is one of the only fnf songs/remixes that brought me to genuine tears
Squidward’s feeling of hopelessness and giving up can be heard in his vocals, and BF in this version seems like he’s trying his goddamn hardest to comfort this squid and to prevent him from actually ending it.
Crazy how this only has like 55k views. Good job, please continue what you do, you’re really good at it, and you should be proud of yourself.

It's an interesting take on the song, but somehow it kinda sounds more generic. It's not a bad mix, just doesn't fit my tastes compared to the original or some other remixes. Nice work regardless
