I Woke Up To Cardiac Arrhythmias The Morning After Christmas Day - Symptoms Documented on Video

- I am on a strict heart healthy diet so I learned there is no such thing as "its just one day you can eat it"!!! I am never deviating form my normal dietary intake even if it is on the holidays. I think it was a combination of what I ate the night before containing too much sodium for my daily limit and my excessive stress and overwhelming health anxieties after numerous trips to the doctors, cardiologist, oncologists, gastroenterologist, radiologist, general surgeon and my family physician. I have been dealing with overwhelming health anxieties tot he next level and financial since February 2023 after discovering 7 swollen inguinal lymph nodes.
Christmas day is one of the most festive holidays of the year and giving gifts and spending time with those who mutually care about you makes Christmas one of the best holidays but when any of the important things in your life are missing, losing loved ones or if you have a catastrophic health event or both then that can make Christmas the worst days of the year emotionally. As time goes by you learn to accept loneliness and that you have become invisible to some who once recognized you as someone special and be thankful for each day you are blessed with life especially since wife is short and unpredictable. Cancer is a scary thing and I have been going back and forth to the cancer center and having numerous tests done. There are many medical terms that can be used to describe my situation. I was invited over my neighbors for a special Christmas dinner then the next day things became complicated early in the morning before the sun rose. After that experience in the morning I went to the doctors then they referred me to the hospital to further investigate the cause of the arrhythmia and associated discomfort and other symptoms that have been documented in this video as they have occurred prior to the live stream. I take care of my health and I do a lot of exercising and eating healthy and that's another reason why you don't see many videos from me because I am busy trying to get my 15,000 to 20,000 steps a day and trying to avoid stressful situation's, and CZcams has been very stressful for me in the recent years. I share with you, my healthy, breakfast, and supplements that I take to help me stay strong and active.

Happy New Year! Thank you for taking time to watch my videos. I am hoping and praying that I will find a decent employment in 2024 that will align with my previous work experience and skillset from running my own business for over 20 years and also accommodate my specific health needs so I can continue to keep on top of my health and prevent losing my home due to unpaid property taxes, mortgage payments and other monthly obligations many homeowners face. Age discrimination is a real problem these days, unless you want to be under paid an under-appreciated working in retail. I worry about the direction this world is going with all the violence we see everyday. Wish there was world peace. Stay safe everyone!!

Considering where the hawk was facing, had a good clue which direction it was going to fly, but what amazed me is that I started the panning camera in the direction the hawk has flown half a second before the hawk flew as if I had some intuition or connection.

We already seen this video you keep showing the same video luckly I'm a medical Assistant and Kno the medical terms you was using explaining the systems you were feeling but some person didn't understand that medical term you should have put it in simple terms .
And this is the first time I uploaded this video on this channel. Perhaps you are subscribe to my other channels as well.
