Yes big veranda with built in firewood stove for cooking outside with small food preparation table or sink. If possible also let your uncle's dig well for her vegetable garden she will make out of her empty cement bags.

For my car it is $3.80 USD per gallon for mid grade gasoline, $4.10 USD per gallon for premium gasoline, and for my 18 wheeler (big rig/tractor trailer truck) it is $3.76 USD per gallon for Diesel fuel. It cost me $1,800 - $2,000 USD per week to operate the big rig. It gets 5.5 miles per gallon carrying 46,000 pound loads. We’re just surviving here in the US. The economy is bad right now. 😢

By the way, green papaya can be cooked. Just use it like potatoes in a stew. I tried it this year and loved it (peel it and remove the seeds before use). Get a green one from your neighbor next time you make a stew and try it.
