Great take over, insightful and nice. I appreciate very much the "powerless" execution, very human thought super professional. Thank you for sharing! 👍👋
I wish you a good and peaceful night, beautiful people, greetings
Hayırlı ve huzurlu geceler dilerim güzel insanlar selamlar
Thanks David. Nice to know the right direction of grow rings to have when making the wedge. The simple jig that of course eluded me until you waved it at us. Small things, and so obvious when shown.
Great to know when making Rustic style stools.

Good morning David, from sunny Southern Leyte. Speaking of quartersawn, I have a class prepared on the different ways of sawing logs. School should be starting end of July. Tools have arrived, so making homes for them. Technically quartersawn is between 90 degrees and 60 degrees I think.
Hi Pascal Hows It going? I admire the work you’re doing feeding all those undernourished children you’re a real saint God bless you maybe we should do some sort of collaboration video together to help promote your Charity Have a great weekend David
Yes David, thank you. That would be great, especially when the school is up and running.
Excellent! I was wondering how to cut wedges without machinery. Simple really. Question. In your tenon, do you find it helpful to drill a small relief hole at the end of the wedge cut so that the wood doesn't split further than what you want?
Hi Lito in round tenons I don’t drill but i saw about 3/4 of the mortise depth this leaves enough tenon “trapped “ in the mortise and prevents the leg splitting
Best wishes happy woodworking
@@RusticDavid good info, thanks David. I'm watching all your videos and enjoying them. Best to you 👍
Ha. There was a wedge tenon staring at us in the face throughout the video (not the sample you showed at the end)
