I've unlocked the patrol car but it isn't showing up at any station yet :(. Is there a certain mission that has to be completed before it shows up outside 1 of the stations? I know I haven't finished the stop vehicles with the sign yet as I get sent to that area 1 hr. before shift ends and it takes time to run there so I never get to pull lots of cars over.

When you are picking a shift make sure you pick one with a car sign on it, those should have the car outside the station ready to drive.
