If by "this style" you mean super wacky sports anime, I've heard "Birdie Wing" is surpsrisingly good. If you want out-of-the-box with a side of BL, I reccomend "Sabikui Bisco," which I recently convinced my school's anime club to watch by informing them that it has flying man-eating pufferfish, and that they aren't even the weirdest thing wandering around that setting. If you want stuff by the same creators...well, the only one I can think of is "Banana Fish," but you said you already watched that, sooo...yeah.

It's kinda hilarious both sk8 and air gear have the same premise loner weak boy gets bullied then discovers secret underworld sport for sk8 it's underground skateboarding races and such in air gear sno limits blading and the loner becomes a god in their sport
