Sal is the greatest! I went to the restaurant on a Friday and lasagna wasn't being served so Sal came out and told me he would make one so I could have it the next day. He invited back to the kitchen to watch him, I enjoyed it! He shared this recipe on the Martha Stewart show. It is delicious!! Thank you!! I
I am not disappointed about NOT seeing the END of your lasagna product...but I know this lasagna is no failure in my tummy

I remember Sals grandfather Patsy making lasagna for me when I was a child in the 60's . It was delicious. They treated everyone like they were family.
I’m very disappointed that you didn’t show a serving after baking. Would love to see a “continued” video of lasagna coming out of oven then cutting into it and serving. But must include a tasting 😊
I know what you mean they skip that part if I'm going to watch a vid that long I want to see the final product on a serving plate so I can see what it looks like and perhaps an opinion but anyway we know how it turned out

I love lasagna my mom always made something called lasagna roll ups and they are the best thing ever ahha perfect portions with the perfect amount of everything haha I love how dense he makes his beautiful he doesn't skin of the ricotta and the mozzarella lots of noodles which is great I would love his lasagna I can tell but I would rather have beef inside it not a big sausage gut but I'm guessing his would be fantastic either way lol

We didn't get to see the end product cooked. Also you didn't mention what type of cheese the chunky squares were I'm sure it's ricotta.
