I was also confused for the same doubt.. i found that on liabilities side...buyback reserve for rs 220000 was ommitted .. add 220000 on liability side and you will get your answer

© why u Don't use capital reserve to amortize the premium on buy back of share???
Why only securities premium and free reserved been used???
Kyunki provision h na SPA ka jha sec. Prem. Reserve use ho skta h, to vhi use krenge ,
And buy back of shares is one of the ways where we can use securities prem account.
