    Is there any change to the Tubules (proximal/distal)? because I can't see the tubules here and
    because I'm confusing this with Acute renal failure (acute tubular necrosis)

      Acute pyelonephritis is always loaded with neutrophils anywhere and everywhere. In ATN, necrosis is the main feature, often without much neutrophils.
