Craziness is a relative thing, if you are in a room full of boring no funs it does not take much to be considered crazy. i think the important thing is that you all embrace and accept the collective and individual craziness, it is one of the winning formula's that makes your content so entertaining. You have an incredible chemistry as a group including your non-golfing team which is precious and means it all works on and off camera.
It would be great to witness a UK based happy hour as we have a bit of a party reputation once you get past the public stiff upper lip !

Just a heads up you can run a zoom with a panel and restrict it to who can talk. I know you want an organic atmosphere but it is possible to do a massive town hall style with control.

Weekdays, nothing wrong with 530-6 dinner. Weekends could be closer to 7, at times. Certainly not 8 pm lol unless you sleep in til 9 am.
