i really hope we hear something soon on a launch window perhaps this roster already looks insane and from all the motion capture stuff and what not this looks like it could be a major contender for all around fun and i must say after playing 2k24s special ref match type i wonder how this one will play out if its included because honestly thats one of my favoriote match types

not necessarily a scam, but realistically their ability to make this project live up to their claims and deliver an actual good wrestling game on the grounds that they are proposing is really really unlikely.
at this point the most likely scenario is that they are at best either going to have this on a reeeaal slow cook as a hobby project of the guys working on it in their spare time, so if it ever is going to drop it will take at least around 4 more years minimum and I dont expect it to be that great of a game to begin with; unless by some insane luck a wrestling enthusiast investor partners with them and pumps some good cash to hire a bigger team and deliver it faster
of course, theres also the possibility that this will be cancelled at some point - maybe not with an official 'guys its cancelled' announcement but they just let it die out since its kinda of a hobby project
All of these people aren't day 1. So when you see them announced, it isn't like they're doing them all right now.
