I JUST made this recipe which happens to be my first time ever making a fish that isn't Salmon. ❕❗ Update: the fish came out super hard and chewy. Not good texture at all. Could this be because I literally squeezed all the water like you said then I further squeezed them in paper towels to be fully dry from water before cooking ?? Also, should they be soaked in the marinade before cooking??

Wow you was lying about easy recipe . I don’t eat any sea food but I cooked this for my girlfriend. Just add green onions, and a lime on top of it because she loves those toppings , and it looked pretty good.
Seems like it would be even easier if everything was melted with the butter for the prep. especially with a little white wine and Dijon to kick it up.
