ASMR - Self Inducing Tingle Effects Request

- This is a request filled for many people who have asked me to make another tingle inducing self triggering ASMR Effect. I can cause ASMR triggers by tracing my face with certain objects lightly, or if someone traces my face or back with a pencil.

There's so many people who overlook the purpose of asmr, that they only think it's a bunch of eye candy women prancing about. There's real content to be had throughout the community with so much effort and love, yet it's clumped with the outlandish that only wish to benefit off clickbait and over sexualization of the human body. What you said near the end really hit home, and I genuinely felt like you and I are good friends. In a sense, we kind of are. Only separated by lines of code and an LCD display, we shake hands. Better days are ahead my good man, and it's brighter with you. Keep hustling.

I always found the cheeks and chin area below my lower lip to make really good self inducing tingles. I have tried this while watching asmr videos and it really does work. Its weird, thought I never share this fact. But knowing the asmr community, it shouldn't be to bad or weird to share
It's strange how watching someone else tingle can make me feel relaxed. I love the beard!
My first experience with asmr was *many* years ago, in a high school art class (3D design). A classmate asked to look at my project, and he studied it so carefully and intensely that I experienced tingles on my scalp. I also found that running a pencil tip down my scalp would do it as well. But watching you trace around your eye with a sharp pencil makes me really nervous!
I had a rough 3 hours of sleep last night and I've been in a bad mood all day. I went up to my room and I was really upset and I laid down and put this video on. It helped me calm down and rush right to sleep. Thanks Doc.
until recently I was too scared to do "spooky" asmr but now I feel more confident that people will enjoy it :)

Instructions unclear. I now have a pencil jammed in my eye.
I did the same thing back in the seventies when I was a little boy. Traced my face with a pencil eraser in class to concentrate and also while listening to The Carpenters to relax.
I have never explored this consciously and I'm so appreciative of you teaching us how to access this form of self care. I love how you remained tenaciously true to yourself about what brings you peace of mind 😇 it's often the misunderstood who get the short end of the stick but I'm glad that you've found a mode of sharing your unique perspective and consequently your passions 💛
My first ever ASMR experience was when I was very young, about 6 or 7. My teacher was this very softly spoken, kind, older man. And during a math exercise, he was explaining something to me. The room was in complete silence, and he whispered the method to solve the questions very softly. I remember tingling so intensely that I almost felt dizzy. It happened a few times after that moment. But only three or four more times in my entire life. I'm in my mid-20's now. It's been a long journey to replicate the tingles I felt as a child and I've not seen a great deal of success with other ASMR, sadly.
You are perhaps the only ASMRtist who's ever managed to bring me close to those tingles.

I love how inclusive the ASMR community is. I try to take all this positivity as a reason to try to put my own stuff out there. Problems being, really only equipped for game footage which is a dime a dozen these days and who really wants to listen to a guy calling himself Genital Thunderstorm?
I broke my ankle wrestling 4 weeks ago and today was the first day I started to be able to walk and all I wanted to say was thank you your videos helped me get through it.

It's odd you know. I stumbled across as Mr. When I saw my first video I got so excited to learn I was not alone feeling this way and that it was actually a thing. Then to start watching others do things that I use to do. Then I see you talking about the double pencil tip. And I was so amazed. I use to relax my eyes also it is a key.
You look very good with the beard, if you get rid of it because it makes you feel comfortable Its understandable, but dont think you look bad. You look very idk, gritty but in a good way

hello, friend! this video is such a lovely experience. I rarely think of the self-induced asmr visual as a trigger, but when I do end up running into it, it's such a lovely way to create an experience between the content creator and the audience. and it's damn effective.
I'm only at the pencil tracing your face part, but it's giving me such an intense sleepy response. I don't know if it's a common trigger, but it reminds me of a really really old kiwiwhispers video where he's tracing his hand and describing tracing the pencil over his face? I remember repeatedly visiting the video because of how effective it was to me.

One thing i did was take the metal end of the pencil and stick in down the back of my shirt. starting from the neck going down to my shoulder blades or further if you can. But you have to put as much pressure as Tirar is doing with the pencil or you won't get the same feeling

I always use to put my hand out in front of a light and focus hard until i started to see double. Crazy asmr
I use to rub the eraser of the pencil gently across my shoulder blades and back of my neck and got asmr tingles it feels amazing
Not gonna lie, I've been watching you for a while and I love your videos. I think you're a great youtuber still making amazing content, but I just dont get tingles anymore. No matter what I watch. I used to do this with pencils in my school when i was younger all the time. There was a point where me and a few friends would use the pencil on the back of our knecks just to pass the time.

My aunt used to do this to me with her hands when i was little to put me to sleep, and I did the same with my kids. Another thing I would do as a kid is put a metal spoon right between my eyes with my eyes closed.
