I bought this thing and cant figure out how to unlock so I can extend. How do you unlock exaclty?
Thanks for the comment! Yes, you do have to yank around on it, but it will release and unlock. Not exactly perfect, but it'll do the trick.

ok, loosen the large orange ring screw and pull the feet out from the bottom
Can you mount the gopro vertically on the tripod?
I purchased a SmallRig adapter and can mount in any direction I need.
Hi .. i was just thinking’s to buy this tripod but just wanted to recheck with you .. does it connect with Gopro with media mod on ? if not then i think i am gonna have to drop buying it bcz i want media mod for my Mic as well
Thanks for the comment! You're correct. The current GoPro set up with the Media Mod attached doesn't connect properly with the GoPro's two prongs. Once the Media Mod is attached, the prongs do not protrude as far past the Media Mod's frame. If you do purchase the UURIG PT-03 you'd need an extension type adapter that would allow you to reach further and connect to the GoPro's pronged connectors. Thanks again for watching the video!!!

An important missing piece is how to mount a phone. One must pull the clamps (under the screw mount) apart (unlocks) and flip it up.

Thanks for the comment! Great question. I understand where you're going with the question as I've seen the Insta360 videos out there where the selfie stick is basically invisible. Although I'd love to get one, I currently do not own an Insta360 camera so I can't provide you an educated answer as to whether or not the UURIG PT-03 can be extended and invisible while connected to an Insta360 camera. Hope you understand.

Are the feet / handle metal or plastic?

I can get the bottom part open
Takes a bit of fiddling but it'll open. Once you open and close it a few times, it gets easier. Best of luck to you!!!
