Ravi, a former offender, tries to kill Daya by dropping a huge concrete slab on Daya’s car, but he escapes in the nick of time. Then, Daya remembers a drawing that he had got with the morning newspaper, that depicts the scene exactly. He takes the drawing to the CID office, where he learns that the sketch was done by a small girl, Anjali, his neighbor, who is dumb. When Daya meets her, she keeps warning Daya to be careful, indicating that his life is in danger.

CID: Chhote Heroes is a serial that revolves around young children who either witness a crime or are victims of crimes. These children play central characters and often help the CID team of ACP Pradyuman, senior inspector Abhijeet and senior inspector Daya in solving crimes.
