Part of the Spartan II augmentation procedures is the implantation of something called the Catalytic Thyroid Implant. It is a platinum pellet containing human growth hormone catalyst which is implanted into the Thyroid Gland to boost the growth of skeletal and muscle tissue. This results in all Spartan II's being sterilised but it is not specified if it means the subject physically cannot procreate or simply "lacks interest". There is also a risk of developing Elephantiasis. Check the Halo Wikia

This was a forerunner construct that allowed a specific object. to bend the properties of Slipspace, allowing them to technically speaking travel through time. and travel in slip space faster. All was this was kept secret, until the ONI facility was abandoned due to the covenant attack.
if i'm not mistaken, the spartan IV's are essentially just enhanced ODSTs, they are selected from the existing marine forces, rather than being abducted as children like the Spartan II's or cloned like the Spartan III's. so in short, compared to the 2 previous spartan programs (i don't include project Orion because it was a failure) your opinion is totally correct, they are total ass hats.
Ok, is it just me or wasn't there 6 marines with Lasky and Halsey just as the alarms went off, then 4 when the knights started to appear, then there just happened to only be 3 when they were attacked
The ODST's weren't fased out by the S-IV's some of them did become Spartans but they weren't replaced. The Spartan-IV program is an all volunteer outfit, any remaining spartans are allowed to join from S-I's to S-III's.

All was this was kept secret, until the ONI facility was abandoned due to the covenant attack.
Dr.Halsy gave me chills in this episode.
if i'm not mistaken, the spartan IV's are essentially just enhanced ODSTs, they are selected from the existing marine forces, rather than being abducted as children like the Spartan II's or cloned like the Spartan III's. so in short, compared to the 2 previous spartan programs (i don't include project Orion because it was a failure) your opinion is totally correct, they are total ass hats.
This man knows what hes talking about.
One thing I love about Halo 4 is how much it evokes Aliens. The music makes me think Ripley is going to burst in.
Nice Trick Halsey... A Hidden word for AI's to Override them... LIKE A BOSS!
Lasky definitely grew some huge balls since Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn.
Halsey was first brought onto infinity in episode 3 which is suppose to be months after the discovery of requiem
when laskie takes that shot gun he fights like me in halo 4
He did fight against the Covenants during the initial stages of the War. Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn.
