The correct salary figures currently for Indian Doctors in hospitals in Dubai :-
GP :- 10 - 15k
Specialist :- 30-35k ( depending on specialization)
Super Specialist / DM :- 40-45k
Offcourse there will be one odd doctor making more but thats rare. Since covid, most of the hospitals haven't raised the salaries of doctors in dubai atleast, can't say about other Emirates. Doctors are not paid housing allowance, kids education allowance and they have to spend their money on keeping their licence valid with DHA. Most of the hospital don't even provide free medical insurance for doctors themselves let alone their family. Infact docs have to pay for their own visa also. Still it's a good package but not lavish by any means cause cost of living in UAE is substantial. Schooling and home rentals are the biggest expense.
