I never commented on you. But if you want to lose weight at all is sugar. I lose 20 lbs at 3 months. All I did was not eat this 3 things bread, corn, and pasta. Carbohydrate just convert to sugar and sugar is a energy and that's why we got to breathe the oxygen in the air mixes with the sugar to make energy for us and that's why when you exercise you got to breathe harder if you eat too much sugar it goes to fat and then you can use that fat as energy. Our pancreas gets the sugar in our cells and the iron gets action in our cells. So it all boils down to sugar. Too much and if you don't use that energy it goes to fat. Then that fat you can use is clean energy your brain loves clean energy. And you will only use fat if you get hungry. So don't eat unless you're hungry.

You talked about artificial sweeteners and most of them will top off your insulin but your pancreas after it releases that insulin can't use it so it will send signals to your brain to be hungry so you eat more so it backfires on people. I think there's only a couple of artificial sweeteners that don't Spike insulin. I just stay away from all of them and I don't gain any weight. Those three things I talked about that was like 10 months ago when I did that and now I try not to eat any processed food that's food with a lot of ingredients and of course no high fruit corn syrup you can find that in ketchup, mayonnaise, pop a lot of drinks goes right to your liver and can cause fatty liver but if you don't keep drinking it your liver can repair itself.
