I have just watched TVD, all 8 seasons and OMG, I love Paul Wesley and Stefan... Paul is outrageously funny!
One of my favourite actors and definitely the best from the show!! Stefan Salvatore will always stay with me no matter what, even him being a vampire I’ve learnt and related to Stefan the most and I’ll forever be grateful for Paul for fitting the character perfectly! I’m still and will probably be annoyed, angry and sad because of the ending he got, he deserved happiness after suffering from pain for all his life, even as a human he deserved a long, happy married life with Caroline! Anyway tvd, Stefan, Steroline and season 1-2 stelena will always be my favourites and I will cherish forever! I can’t wait for Paul’s upcoming projects cause I miss him so much already 😭❤️😍💯

When someone asked him about it, he was suddenly very excited and kept telling her it is a really good question. So yeah..
I think he's aware that he'll always talk about Stefan. And if he was tired of it, he would not go, I guess. But yes, it's tiring to hear the same questions. Creativity is lacking. So much to ask, and people still insist on the same things.
He gets paid to do these interviews. Knowing that the vampire diaries is still huge even though it's over I'm sure he knows he's going to get asked about it alot. If he was truly sick of it I'm sure he wouldn't go. Give it another year and they'll be into the next big show or onto his new movies.
