Love Me Like This is straight up if Like This was produced in 4th gen style which is the best thing ever for me since Like This is my favourite Wonder Girls title track ever. I hope NMIXX keeps up with this type of concept. Considering what amazing vocalists and dancers they are, they'll easily pull off retro, r&b, hip-hop styles similar to this.

I agree! It was totally unexpected for me specifically because this is only the second song I've listened to by NMIXX, the first being "Young, Dumb, Stupid". I'm totally obsessed with them now! They seem like they can be given any genre/sound and totally slam it. My bias is Lily because she's super sassy and her voice is absolutely killer, although my fc is Bae- Anyway, I've heard a lot of hate comments on "Young, Dumb, Stupid" because of the chorus but that is why I love the song! The usage of a nursery rhyme tune for the main part of the song hypes up the fact that the word 'young' is indeed part of the title. Sorry for ranting, I'm just very passionate about the things/people that I like and NMIXX is definitely one of those groups that I will advocate for no matter what.

Its like a burlesque songs jazzy mixing of rnb.. Vocals was flexing
This song is still mix pop, it mixed HIP HOP and R & B, which historically have always been kinda blended genres. So it's very subtle and not really as noticeable as previous songs where the genre mixes were more starkly different. So the style of the song Hip hop mixed with R & B is MOST familiar to listeners because they hear it so often from thousands of artists world-wide.
There is a hidden Wizard of Oz theme here (the flowers, Haewon using the Tinman's head as a watering can, the scarecrow on the dashboard of the car, the dog represents Toto and then they CGI a mane onto the dog for the cowardly lion) Did you catch it?
2 things wrong here. This is not mixpop... Hip hop and r&b have been genres extremely close to each other used together for ages and this combination has been used for a long time. And y'all will not label this as mixpop, especially when this thing doesn't even exist. SM has been doing this for ages and JYP decided to steal and trademark it as if they created it💀

But even SM is not the originator of the Mix Pop sound, that goes back to before Rock and Roll hit the scene. But I find no fault in your claim about the SM stans being problematic, I will go even further and say a great many of them are toxic like Salem Bejaoui.

I love them for their mixing concept, but I was kinda disappointed with this comeback. Regardless tho, it's still good I love the vocals, the visuals, and the choreo. But I hope they don't abandon their mixing concept.
Same, i was searching for a comment like yours, ofc the song is really good the choreo too, but it sounds less like their usual mixing songs for a title track :/ and they jump really fast into the girl crush concept maybe a logical following to their previous introductory comeback idk

I prefer YDS over this tbh. This song isnt bad, just compared to Dice, this kinda flat and for me Dice is still their best TT so far. If i can change it, i'd like to change the repetitive lyrics.

The stage practice for this had me GAGGED. None of their songs have made it into my go-to playlist unfortunately. They're was always a little bit missing for me to truly be obsessed. Same for Love Me Like this but then I watched the Stage Practice and added the song to my playlist before it was even over 😂 seriously, these girls are INSANE. Nah, Sullyoon is 20 years old. Her voice has been consistently the same for as long as JYPE has been showcasing her to fans (couple years now). Puberty for girls starts at 8-13 and lasts a few years, so it's been over for her for a little while now.
