Wonder of the Seas - Officially no more Broadway production onboard! |

Broadway shows have become one of the trademarks onboard Royal Caribbean's Oasis class ships.
Since 2009, with the Oasis of the seas launching, every vessel in this class has featured a new Broadway show onboard.
However, The Wonder of the Seas, the latest addition to the oasis fleed and currently the largest cruise ship in the world, will be the first vessel in the class to not have a new broadway production onboard!
During the WOTS' first transatlantic crossing, we learned firsthand all the facts about all these significant changes in the entertainment on board and also have some good news to share. Including what is coming to the main stage as soon as the ship returns to the USA at the end of 2022.

Thank you very much for making this video! It was quite informative. I must say I will never set foot on Wonder of the Seas if they aren't offering Broadway productions. I have zero ZERO ZERO interest in watching a 1-man technological production about superheroes with a bunch of laser lights. That's the dumbest idea ever.

I enjoyed the Broadway Shows and will miss seeing them. What you are doing instead sounds boring!

Hi, thank you for your message! Like you, I did enjoy the Broadway shows and loved that we could have full productions in all Oasis Class ships .. well, until the Wonder of the Seas came along. However, they still have many Broadway-style shows onboard, and also the Effectors 2, a Royal Caribbean production created to be an “in-house attempt to create a Broadway show.” It has incredible effects and actors but is definitely not a full-blown Broadway show… especially when we talk about a well-developed story. However, don’t worry; you won’t be bored onboard… the theater shows are still pretty good, and they also offer the aqua shows at the aqua theater and the Ice skate shows at Studio B… and those are simply incredible!!! I spent 20 nights onboard the Wonder of the Seas and was never bored 😉

Yes, the Effectors 2 is the official show onboard the Wonder of the Seas! Unfortunately, they won't have a Broadway show onboard as her sisters on the Oasis-class ships. Effectors is a ok show but can't be compared to a Broadway spectacle… specially because the “story” Is so shallow…great effects though!!!😖
