- In this video I went thrifting for toys to add to my toy collection and I found some cool stuff!
I love toy thrifting because I can usually find cheap toys that I would otherwise pay an arm and leg for at a vintage toy store or at Target and Walmart.
I mainly hunt for vintage toys but sometimes I find modern toys that are just too awesome to pass up.

Funny story, about a month ago I was thinking about how I'd probably never see a toy I had as a kid again that I loved and about a week later I found it new in box at a thrift store and now you found one!!! It's Hydra from Hercules!

I love watching your videos. What I like about Burf is he’s a collecting guy just like me. Hard working and on a budget. Not some big spending rich guy throwing thousands out for toys in ever video. Burf you have inspired me to start reselling some finds to reach for my toy grail this year.. a vintage My Pet Monster. Those things go higher than a black market kidney. I’m always keeping my open for them in a thrift store but have yet to find one. Although, I’ve seen some other thrifters find even, so there’s hope!! Good luck in going for your grail! Flipping stuff you find in thrift stores would be a great way to get the money to buy one! This way, it doesn’t come directly out of your pocket.

The Nintendo was someone trying to make it Zelda themed. It actually would have been cool if the weren't so sloppy. The next question is since you are so close to your current grail goals, you should decide what your next grails are. I don't know if you do it, but there is an option on eBay to have everyone pay as soon as they buy it, so you never have to deal with a no pay again.
Yes, once I have the Kraken and Shogun in hand, I’m going to set another grail goal.

Cool pickups u got there. Love your Indiana Jones figures and playsets. That three-headed Hydra is from the Hercules the Legendary Journeys toy line from ToyBiz, I have the whole line myself. They have a few other great monsters. The figures got some unusual action features but still a great line. Awesome video!!!

Tamagotchi is a virtual pet from that was made 90s the connections were made in 2000s. I think it was next to the bag you were holding in 8:33 but it could just be something else.

Burf always use calculated shipping on ebay. You end up making a few extra bucks after eBay's commercial shipping discount.
Funny thing is, I used calculated shipping on half the items. For example, I used calculated shipping on those HESS trucks and eBay had the buyer pay $7.41 and it cost me $12.95 to ship them. I think I need to start measuring my boxes ans weighing them.
@@80sToysRoc when you list do you start a listing from scratch or do you look at sold comps and click sell similar? I always click sell similar and 95% of the time it automatically has the correct shipping dimensions and weight. This works well for me.

03:36. The shark is from the short-lived "Raw 10" toy line by "MacFarlane Toys." No idea what the after market pricing is. I got the giant cyborg snake for my GI Joe Collection. Regret not getting the shark tbh.

2 things cause I'm confused on one, 1st always charge more on shipping if you accidently overcharge you can send the buyer a refund for the difference or keep it lol. 2nd I thought the gi joe grails would be for you or are they just to big for you to be able to keep them
I don’t have room for the Flagg and Defiant, so I’m flipping them to get the grails I really want which is the Kraken and the Shogun. I’m also keeping the Cobra Terror Drome.
Gotta be careful with what you charge on shipping on eBay, because shipping prices can kill the sale. Can’t give a refund if no one buys because shipping is too high. I never take the time to weigh and measure my packages so I “guess” on shipping or let eBay determine what the shipping price should be. …and that always comes back to bite me. 😂 I need to be better about doing the work to measure and weigh the box to get an accurate shipping price. This is why I’m the world’s worst reseller….I’m lazy as F*** and don’t do the extra work. 😂😂
